We ordered online. Went to pick it up, assumed it was all in the bag. It wasn't of course and didn't notice until we got home.... Called and the phone rang and rang so I hung up. 2 minutes later my phone rang, surprisingly it was the gentleman from the TacoBell drive thru window. I explained what happened, he apologized and offered additional food and coupons for later use. I wassuper impressed! Pulled in the drive through with one car in the parking lot. Got to the speaker and was told they would be right with me and to... hold. 5 mins go by and I said ?hello?. The manager Brad gets on and screams that he told me to hold, that he had a lobby full ofpeople and no one was available to take my order. I waited a few more mins looking for another Taco Bell and then a nice ladycame on apologizing for the wait and took my order. When we got to the window, Brad was just standing at the empty counter whileeveryone else was running around. I asked to speak to the Manager Brad and he just yelled at me (couldn?t really understand himwith his accent) and closed the window in my face not letting me respond. I ordered 23 tacos. 1/2 didn?t even have cheese andwere all soggy. They were however filled with a lot of lettuce and little meat. Very unprofessional. I can?t believe he was amanager either. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I get it?s Taco Bell and not a five star restaurant but Jesus Christ. No employee could... speak English or understand me, took forever, the food came out as sloppy as it gets as if they have a four year old in the backputting these tacos together. The meat was all over the exterior of the wrapper, the hard shells were soggy after one minute ofreceiving the food and the whole order tasted like garbage and old meat. Disgusting and won?t be back. Would highly recommendyou eat elsewhere or go hungry if this is your only option. Get it together Lake Delton Taco Bell. Read more
