She shut my cc purchase of gas off in a blizzard because I walked away from pump?,Bathrooms never clean, 3 hour old hot dogs,... horrible at propane fills, and they obviously don?t drug test employees. Very poor communication went to fill my tank and no signs or anything I hit pay inside as I planned on going in to get a few... thing waited few min for pump authorization and finally clerk came on speaker and said only per pay at this time. I'm filling mytank soni don't know how much it will cost had to us credit card out side when I was done went in talk to clerk who was veryrude when I asked about the pre pay and no sign said they don't have time to put up signs I asked why pre pay he said only whenhe there it pre pay I again asked why and he said cause he can lost a good paying customer today Read more
Getting propane at this Holiday has been pain. I was told they need more than 2 employees to fill propane, so I called and... asked if there were enough employees working to fill a propane. I was told yes. I drove over immediately and was told not enoughemployees. I understand worker shortages, but when I call and drive over 10 minutes later there?s no excuse. I had a vehicle problem during a snowstorm and I limped my vehicle to the gas station. The staff were extremely friendly and... helpful. I ended up waiting out the bad weather inside at the small eating area at the front of the store. Thank you!!! Read more
Been going to this gas station for years. Today I was carded for the first time for tobacco products and the cashier proceeded... to NOT card anyone else before and after me...that?s terrible customer service. Then when I came inside with my ID, the othercashier assisted me and did NOT card me. So in the end, I was asked to provide ID, wasted my time to go get the ID from my carand then they didn?t even LOOK at it??????? Terrible INCONSISTENT service!!! I?ll think twice before returning to this store,and I only live 1 mile away. Read more
Won't refill propane tank in the rain (even though the rain stopped). And when asked if they will fill when the rain stops,... answer was "maybe." Stop offering refills if you have noone willing to do it. This was my third and final attempt. I will takeall my business elsewhere. Read more
