This location prepares in advance, for the most part. I have been there when salsa was out and had to wait but typically they're... ready to feed you. At times to quick and don't ask if you'd like condiments so you'll have to go back around (drive thru) towalk in. Seem to properly staffed with a manager present to keep the process flowing. Drive thru path is short from ordermenu/speaker to the street so rush hour can be a challenge when entering from Highland Ave. Read more

FIRST TIME TRYING THIS AND OMG!!! POLLO LOCO U GUYS ALWAYS UP ON THE LATEST!! LOVE U GUYS!! SMELLED SOOOOOO GOOD I COULDN'T EVEN... WAIT TO GO UPSTAIRS TO EAT IT SO I STOPPED RIGHT THERE IN MY GARAGE ON TOP OF MY WASHING MACHINE TO EAT IT AND IT WAS SO GOOD IWENT BACK AND GOT A BUNCH MORE BOXES AND DIVERED THEM TO MY FRIENDS TO ENJOY AS.
