The food was good as usual but the customer service was not so good. The lady at the register took my order as if she really... didn't want to serve me. She then brings my food and before she walked away I asked if she could please bring me some ranchdressing, she replied "sure". She never came back to my table I had to ask another waitress for it. I hate to say this but I wasthe only black person in the place and I felt racial overtones from the time she looked at me. It's very sad that a militaryveteran like myself still has to deal with these type of things. Farmer Boys-Lake Elsinore has a great staff and manager/owner (not sure of his role) they're very attentive to their customers, ... very friendly, food has been great, and even their presentation is great (e.g., fruit wasn't just scooped and dumped into bowl,they actually took the time to display it in the bowl). If you take out to go order sit in the window and take the time to inspect your purchase if you ask them to change something add... extra or take something out i've had bad experiences. (It just happened again I ordered a BLT with no guacamole specified that Idid not want guacamole repeated when sandwich was handed to me and was in the bottom of the sack I asked again and it veryindignantly was told it was correct. We showed up to grab some food and when we got to the drive thru speaker, we were immediately told that there was a 20 minute... wait and asked if we were ok with it. It was a Sunday, July 3 in the evening so yeah, we were. I was appreciative they gave usthe heads up before we ordered. We ordered sandwiches, a salad, onion rings, etc. All was great, hot as expected and we got thecondiments we asked for even after having to pull into a parking spot to wait for our food.
