They were very slow and rude to the customers. They also kept saying that my card was declined when I just checked the bank that... my card had money. I had to drive to the bank to check just to confirm that I indeed had money in the bank. So I went back andthey continue to say I don?t have any money and so I used Apple Pay with the same card and it went through. Then they gave myfood and said ?Everything?s in there.? So like my child went out with her friends after school to get some food here. Workers took around 30 mins to prepare an order... of fries for them. Workers said they called out the order, but many people saw that they were just prioritizing the drive thruand not calling the to-go orders inside the store. Also, a worker made my daughter pick up some fries on the floor when itwasn?t even hers . The worker distinctly said, ?Don?t make a mess in my diner?. Horrible experience and the employees are super rude and unprofessional! I ordered a triple bacon cheesy jack and they give some... kind of sandwich that it looked like someone vomit on it, and in a fish sandwich wrap (so naturally we thought it was fish) mychild is extremely allergic to fish so when trying to exchange the sandwich the "lady" acused me and my child of stealing thepatties out of the burger, like why we would do something like that? Every time I order ahead they don?t make it till I get here, the sprite never taste right, it feels like the air conditioning is... never working in here and face most recent time when I went today three employees walked by me standing at the counter and leftme standing there for at least seven-eight minutes before someone even came up to talk to me. ?We don?t make it till you order it? is the biggest crock of poo. I just had two tacos that tasted like they were made a few... days ago. Absolutely disgusting, the entire thing was stone cold, I took one bite of each taco then they went in the trash,because they were equally disgusting. The shell was so stale and cold along with the inner contents it was very clear thesetacos had been sitting for a very long time. The curly fries I ordered also went in the trash. Cold as well. Horrible food. Cold chicken bowl. Curly fries are cold... No desire to work then find something else to do. They served a... precooked Jr Burger to another customer.
