I have been trying to resolve my order from 4-15-21 both in the store and on line through email. Feel free to contact me so I... don't have to post the details of the failed order. I payed online AND I didn't receive any food. Today is Thursday July 1st2021. If you are reading this come back to read my updated in a few days to see if my issue has been resolved or if the detailsgive you pause before ordering from this store. Their food is aaaamazing. But it would have been nice if it was actually ready when it was supposed to be picked up (I placed an... order through the app.) And since when is an avocado spread the same thing as avocado slices?? Not cool. Very disappointed.They'll probably still have my business but I won't get anything with avocado slices since they don't actually have realavocados. Read more
Three employees, only two are working. But the other did not help them. While many customers wait. I wait for one hour.
This is a tough review. In the end, the sandwiches were really good. BUT getting to that point was near insanity, and the... poster case for 'too many cooks in the kitchen'. These guys try to work fast, but they don't communicate. We ordered 1 hotsandwich and 1 cold sandwich. They started making both, then took the next lady's order of 2 sandwiches. We told the one guynot to put oil & vinegar on the cold sandwich, and the next guy immediately put oil and vinegar on the sandwich... even when wesaid the same to him. They then rang us up before I gave them the slip, and said we were all set.... but my sandwich was stillon the stove cooking. The THIRD person in the line of workers just rang up the first 2 sandwiches she received... one of whichbelonged to the lady after us (that lady was busy trying to get them to fix her sandwich that they messed up). In the end, wepretty much got what we ordered, and it was actually quite good... although, they need to learn that a hot sandwich, rapped infoil turns into mush within moments... so it was tought to eat. They denied my son a mini chicken sandwich, the kid kept saying we don't sell mini hot sandwiches. Which I replied twice, okay I... want it cold. Chicken, bacon ranch. It's okay Subway was more than helpful. To give my son a cold chicken sandwich. JerseyMike's you all should be ashamed. Read more
