Can't really give this spot 5 stars. It's not consistent. It's the closest KFC around but many times I've waited in line to... order only to find they are out of something. Ordered off the KFC website. Upon picking up my order I was informed the Strawberry Lemonade was not available. I asked for... regular Lemonade, unavailable as well. So then I ask the cashier lady if I can get a refund for the difference as there is an upcharge for Strawberry lemonade, and multiple orders adds up. She proceeded to tell me I was wrong, and have an attitude aboutit. I insisted she look at the KFC website, it was an upcharge, then received a rude response of ?that?s not us?..?? So is KFCnot KFC? Thanks for the attitude & thank you for shorting my order as well. Extremely disappointed & food was not that good forthe price either. The remodel looks good, but maybe invest in employees who actually know the menu & can fulfill the orderscomplete, & interact with respect. Read more

This place has been charging alot for a bucket of chicken and chicken in general. I just bought a 14 piece meal and the chicken... was dry and had been sitting around. The legs are super dry and the thighs are really small and just dry. I am adding a photo ofmy bucket. Look how small the pieces are. I will never go back there again.
