I literally hate this location.. I?ve had nothing but bad customer service every time I go to burn pizzas and it says they open... at 10 but I show up at 10:15 and there is not a single person in the store with all the lights off. Bad on me... I should have read the reviews before throwing my money away. Yesterday was the third time I stopped there. It... didn't have the usual crowd outside so I tried again. They never have ready-made available. On this rare occasion they did haveone ready. I was the only customer in there but it still took 20 minutes to throw away my $10 and get out with inediblefood. This is my take on that store. It's run by a bunch of hip-hop kids that cater to the riffraff that is typically presentoutside and in the parking lot of the store. They don't have a clue about food preparation or handling. They use terribleingredients. Their peers are tweakers and rap artists. If Little Caesars gives a hoot about how their name is being run intothe ground, they need to send a qualified ADULT manager there to fire the cool kids and take all the steps necessary to run offthe outside crowd. Hire semi-intelligent youngsters that can function without cell phone in hand for 5 minutes straight, andteach them about food quality. If I were in Corporate Little Caesars... I'd strip the name off of the place and let them haveit. They could re-name it Liddle Tweakers and it would continue on poisoning Lake Elsinore. Read more
Place usually isn't too bad but recently they NEVER have any hot-n-readys. Like if it's busy every day maybe you should have... those available to people so it isn't so backed up? There's always a lot of ppl working so idk why they never make any extrapizza. I've waited like 30 mins over my estimated wait which I don't really care about but no one is ordering anything crazy,just a bunch of ppl waiting on crazy bread and pepperoni pizzas which should already be ready in the first place Read more
Ordered from their website at 620pm. Received notification delivery time 703-708pm. At the original delivery time, the time kept... changing, getting later and later. Called the store. Spoke with someone that claimed to be manager, but had to think about whathis name is when asked. Giving all types of technical excuses as to why our order would be prepared 30 mins after it should havealready been delivered. Had to text with the Doordash driver and ask him to see the manager. Food was very under cooked,including the hot wings. Will probably never order from this store again. Spent all that money for food that was extremely lateand not edible. This facility used to have great customers service at one point. I don't know what is going on here but the staff is very... unorganized, orders are being given to other people. I was just there on Saturday and had to wait for an hour for my order whentold it would be 30mins. There was a couple of people who were very upset they had to wait over an hour and a half for theirorders. There were about 7 staff members and there were no pre made pizzas available. They rolled a cart full of dirty pizzatrays to the back. I am very understanding if they are short staff but they had all these kids in the back working like turtlesconversing without a care. Worst customer service at its finest. I hope corporate will read this and give some training forthese kids. Read more
This is my favorite pizza?but today I was really grossed out and disappointed. I?ve never been to this store in Lake Elsinore... before, so I guess I?ll just never come back here again. I got a notification that my order would be ready at 8:30. Order wasn?tready and in my hands until 8:57. Ok, no problem, I saw it was busy but at least my food would still be ?hot and ready??nope!The regular crazy bread, stuffed verse crazy bread, AND Italian cheese bread were ALL RAW DOUGH in the middle! The twoextramostbestest pizzas I ordered weren?t hot when I got home like they usually still are, in fact the weren?t even warm whichmeans they were not being stored in a functioning oven while waiting for the rest of the order to be finished. When I got home,it took until 9:45 at 375 degrees Fahrenheit to reheat the pizzas and also try to finish cooking the crazy breads. It stillwasn?t fully cooked, but it was mostly edible and we were starving to be waiting till 10 PM to finish eating dinner. Incrediblydisappointing. Read more
