Worst McDonald?s customer service. A month ago, have 2 come back 3 times to correct my order. On top of that the girl threw the... food at me mad, caught her and corrected her greedy tone at other customer, and made the guy that was powerwashing outside , wetme. Worst experience ever! Always! (Just this location) was I wrong to go ask for my food correct? Read more

Out of a few products which was a total surprise. Didn't inform me ahead that they were out of the buckets. Surprised when we... got our order. Must of been out of kids cups as well, because 1 out 3 came in a med drink instead. Again was not informed. Nochocolate milk for kids meal. Did not have the Mc Rib out of it. Read more

This is possibly the worst experience you can have at a McDonald's, I know that expectations should not be high to begin with.... You will be in line forever at this location and they will usually make your order wrong. They are so bad when I was there lastthey let the drive through back up so bad that the people waiting to order blocked in the exit for a time. Read more

Absolute worst McDonalds of them all, especially in the evening and at night. Terribly slow and gets orders wrong. App orders... take 3 times longer than the drive thru. And forget it if you have an issue, as they have no ability to resolve problemswhatsoever, even ones they created. Do yourself a favor and skip it and go to the one off Collier if at all possible. Some of the staff here need to get training on how to deal with customers. Since the dining room reopening they will tell u to... use the kiosk after you have stood at the counter waitting for service anywhere from 5 to 10 min. They would look over and notmake you feel welcome. If you see someone standing their instruct them immediately to use the kiosk not stare them in the eyeswait a long time and snap attitude like we are inconviniencing you. Just a suggestion for the manager, maybe more training onhow to speak to the customers just saying. Read more

I hadn't been to this McDonald's in Lake Elsinore in 20 years, and it's really changed. First, an employee had to buzz you into... the restroom. It's a good thing it wasn't urgent. Second, although the dining room had several parties, the staff's obviousattention was on the drive thru line while I stood at the cash register counter and waited. Third,I was told--without apologiesor explanations--to use the ordering kiosk. I've been eating at McDonald's since the mid-Sixties, and a person has alwaysgreeted me and asked what I'd like to order. The kiosk experience took twice as long as an in person order and was veryfrustrating to me. I felt as if I'd gotten my food from a vending machine. The food was fine. Next time I'm traveling onI-15, I'll stop at the McDonald's at the Magnolia exit. Read more

The dining room is closed. Drive thru and curbside pick up is open. They even have a walk. up window. It's understandable but... it would be nice to know from Google Maps that the dining room is closed. Not McDonald's fault but it would be helpful to know ahead of time. The family was planning on using the restroom and grab a snack. Other than that, it's what you expect. Read more
