They make a good pie at this one, better then other huts I've been to, but they don't add much extra, even when you pay for it.
Absolutely horrible experience. Placed our order online and asked for 2 extra marinara and 3 additional ranch sauces. Our pizza... was to supposed to be double pepperoni and it definiyely was not. Called the store to complain and see if they could make thingsright. Spoke with someone claiming to be the manager (Santiago) and he just said "You've filed your complaint," and hung up onme! No apology, no effort to remake the order right or offer a store credit. So we were charged for items we did notreceive. This is NOT our first unpleasant experience with this location. We've had late, incomplete and incorrect orders.Everytime, the store employee are always rude and no effort to make things better. We have given this location enough chances.We will NEVER patronize this location ever again. Perhaps give up on Pizza Hut all together. Way too many other pizza businessesthat offer much better service. This is a perfect example of the service industry demanding a higher minimum wage job for asimple job they're unable to do competently! Their customer service skills are clearly lacking. Read more

Absolutely horrendous service. I?ve been coming to this location for years but they?ve steadily gone down hill but yesterday... really was the nail in the coffin. Order online, show up, the food wasn?t ready somehow, the girl says we can either wait or geta refund. We opt for the refund, we spend 30 minutes in the ?drive thru? lane while this girl tries to figure out how to do arefund, she tells me both ?managers? are on lunch. Literally what, what kind of management seriously thinks both should go tolunch at the same time? I?ve been a manager in multiple retail environments and never would I think yeah both managers on dutyshould go to lunch and leave the crew by themselves. In the time we spent waiting in the drive thru we could have actuallyreceived the food we ordered but no it doesn?t happen. And they don?t comp us for the rest of the food we ordered, which is nowcold, because ?we don?t want to get in trouble, all we can do is refund you this part.? Absolutely horrendous, lack of training,lack of self awareness by the management crew, this location needs an overhaul. Read more
Seems like every time I order a free pizza with my points I get a really poorly made pizza. I used 200 points on a medium two... topping and used my two toppings on pepperoni and extra pepperoni. Also, thanks for burning my bread sticks. Read more
Sincerely believe they keep their phone off the hook, have it on silent, in a back room, or simply ignore it. I DO NOT want the... customer service line where it takes more time not talking to the right person,(actually no one) I want the store number! OurFood is over an hour late. It would be a great courtesy if they could give their customers a heads up, ? Hey! you?re foods goingto be late.? I would have so much more respect for them. I?ve been on the line for so long and as I?m writing this post. Theyare within a 3 mile radius of us. I?m a very understanding person. Short staff, large orders, it happens! Just informme. Then, When we received our food, It was cold. These are photos as soon as we got it. Husband dug in instantly cause he washangry. Now I have to deal with his bad mood the rest of the night. Love the Hut Lane... it makes it easy and fast to pick up orders. Very nice employees!
