Came here to study with my 2 young kids. Drink was made without sweet cream. Typically not a big deal but i waited over 20... minutes leaning over the drop off counter trying to get someone to put the sweet cream i bought in my drink. Noone would stopwhen i requested help. The store is rather large and roomy, not what you'd expect from the exterior at first glance. It's also in-line for the standard... of being Starbucks. The only downside is the placement of the drive-thru and parking. It's pretty cramped and next to aValvoline Instant Oil Change, which at certain times will cause some traffic around it. This is the reason for 4 of 5 stars.Location is just pretty tight, but there is adequate parking nearby. I imagine about half of people are looking for thedrive-thru, though. Read more
I just went to get a protein box turns out as I was finishing. I noticed the veggies had mold on it! Absolutely disgusting. ... Lord only knows if the other ones I had eaten also had it. Read more
Date and time of purchase; 07/07/21 @415pm. To Management; this store didn?t have caramel sauce, no flat lids for venti cups,... and no straws for venti cups. A picture of my drink included, I can?t drink this in my car and by the time I?ll get home, my icewill have melted. This has been one of my worst experiences at any coffee shop. Read more
Nice place, quick friendly service. Not so good Mocha Frappuccino. It's like they took a medium and watered it down to make a... large. The ingredients are there but not enough to make the entirety. Basically watered down chocolate milk. Also I'm not Tim,so maybe Tim drinks it differently? Read more
This Starbucks is located in the Lowe's/Costco shopping center on Central/Dexter that includes a drive thru and spacious lobby.... I had a great experience at this location. The store is super clean and organized, the staff was working hard on this busySaturday morning. My drink was as expected. Read more
