Just terrible...This morning I walk in and the baristas are cheerful and talkative to the all 3 guest before I got to the... counter. I got to the counter and politely ask for my drink. I got a blank stare. They didn't even ask my name. So I called itout.. her reason was that she was having bad thought at the moment I walked up. So being rude and making your customers feelunwelcome( one of color anyway) is somehow justified through your bad thoughts. Just terrible Read more
1. In-store Starbucks (e.g. in Albertsons) don't carry everything a stand-alone Starbucks (retail store) does. NO Protein... Boxes NO Bagels NO Grilled Cheese NO Oatmeal NO Nitro Cold Brew NO Starbucks Co. employee discount 2. In Store SB Baristas vsretail SB Baristas have same training but a bit different. Standards & codes are a little different from franchise and retailstand-alone. FRANCHISE: WEAR Hairnet & Hat at all times. NO acrylic/gel/press on Nails. NO free drink/pastry for Starbucksstaff. 3. Be kind to Baristas. Granted, you may encounter a couple of characters but, we are humans. Granted, you pay a lot$$$ for your items. So for your drink not tasting good or an item missing in your bag, it's understandable. Be kind anyway. TheBaristas have more things to do and think about than to just serve customers. They also have the team, the store, and theirlives to keep up with too. The Baristas who serve you are humans & have lives outside of Starbucks. Be kind. Read more
ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A STARBUCKS! I realize that these are not true baristas... but come on! There was only one... "barista" to take and make our order. She was an extremely crotchety thing with such a HORRIBLE attitude. Per usual, the worsemood people are, the nicer I am. This did nothing. Eye rolls the entire time. I asked for a doppio espresso. The second simplestthing to order, right? Right. She had no idea what it was, so I kindly explained that it's just two shots of espresso - and thatI wanted it hot (I needed it for a migraine that would not go away). She pulled the shots... and shook it with ice... and handedit to me. Now, I see that it's wrong. Whatever. But she was STILL rude to me! I don't like leaving bad reviews, unless I have ahorrible experience. I can't wait for the REAL STARBUCKS to open across the street. It can't come fast enough. Read more

I love all these girls!! They're awesome especially how they deal with some rude customers as I witnessed and there is a lot... here in Elsinore and no fault of the employees it's just rude a$$ customers lol!! I couldn't do it !! Always good at making mycold brew I won't go anywhere else. Btw I go every day sometimes twice a day ???? Read more
I got great service from Mercedes and Ysabel. I always get a caramel macchiato but they run out of caramel and Mercedes... recommend a vanilla latte at the time. Thank you Mercedes. Read more
