Some good workers but I ordered a bowl with white rice and chicken they put WAY TOO much sauce I didn't even ask for it. This is... why they have a sauce shortage. Also I literally had the tinyest about of rice it's like they're trying to feed a 1 year old. Sodisappointed it was so gross and nasty. I ordered 5 dumplings they charged me for 10 and only gave me 7.never again don't gohere. Smh ??????? Read more

Me and my family love waba grill and have been going to this location for a while now. My mom picked up 3 chicken bowls and they... never asked if she wanted veggies si she figured they didnt have any. When she asked for waba sauce they said they only give oneper bowl. Then she asked to purchase more and they told her she cant. When she brought the bowls home they looked like 3 bowlswill make one regular bowl. Each had very little rice and like 3 pieces of chicken. I am not sure if they changed the portionsbut we were very disappointed. I tried calling to speak to a manager and each time have gotten really rude people answering thephone and saying they can not take phone calls and dont have a manager either. I bought 4 bowls it cost me a little over $50 bucks! 2 Chicken veggie bowls, 1 chicken steak combo bowl and 1 chicken bowl. Mind... you I paid extra for White chicken on all my bowls. I ordered on line for pick up, My son went and picked it up brought it home,let me tell you I don't know what this store is doing they must ve rationing their food or something ever bowl had only 2 smallpieces of broccoli and 2 carrots and a half a scoop of rice! The white chicken "I paid extra for" was such a small portion Iliterally had maybe 2 chicken strips of meat all together. So we paid $50 bucks for dinner and basically got ripped off I'venever been served like this at any Waba grill, I literally had to make my son's a Peanut Butter and Jelly because they wherestill starving after these sorry portions they served us today.. I will never patronize this location again! This locationshould serve per corporate protocal serving sizes. Read more

The food was good, the young gentlement with short hair (cashier) was very helpful and polite, I asked him if I can use the... bathroom real quick after I was done eating and he said yes. I waited a few minutes because it was busy being used by anemployee. As soon as he came out he said I could not use the bathroom, it?s only for employees. That employee is a young averageheight with long black hair to the sides. I was in shocked because I?ve been too many different waba grills and that?s the firsttime I hear that! Read more

We wanted to try something different. The rib eye was really tender, but the white rice was under cooked . Just a little... disappointed. Have to try one more time and not on a Sunday night. Great customer service!! Read more

Worst service had people waiting around cashier and cook didn?t even know what was going on had a bunch of food stacked had one... guy waiting since before me and even asked him if he ordered and they didn?t even know he had ordered avocado is black old andstale. Also said restroom was not in service but I had used it and it was working perfectly seems like they put up that sign sothe night shift doesn?t have to clean it up at the end of the day. Horrible I will just find another waba grill it?s not howwaba grill holds there end ever just seemed like these employees could care less about it?s customers! Read more

I?m not someone who likes to leave bad reviews, especially in this economy, but this Waba Grill is pretty bad. It?s taken... several visits to get me to actually come & speak out because I?ve tried talking to the staff, & they?re probably some of themost careless people I?ve ever seen hold down a job. To begin, they?re all on their phone, blasting music. One of my most recentvisits they were listening to Immortal Technique, which if you know who that is you know it?s not appropriate for anyestablishment. When you ask them a question, you really have to get their attention because they?re too busy talking amongstthemselves (sometimes they?re even sitting on the counters lol) that you?re just inconveniencing them, & once you can get thequestion out they visibly show how little they care & they answer with short, unhelpful responses. My question this visit was,how did I just pay $10 this bowl? Their response: ?that?s the bowl size?. It was barely covering the bottom with rice & it trulyhad such small amounts of chicken that it was infuriating because this isn?t the first time they do this. I said, ?reallybecause this only happens to me here?? They said ?other cooks just get lazy & won?t measure it out?. What else was I supposed tosay to that? I paid nearly $25 for 2 of these bowls because I choose white meat only. So fast forward to today where I visitedanother location, this is what their bowls look like. It?s touching the lid with how full it is & we can always break it up intotwo servings. I won?t come back to this Waba, just because you?re trying to save pennies everywhere you can doesn?t give you theright to short your customers who pay good money. Read more
