I tried Bru for brunch. I ordered Cali Omelet and added spinach to it. Also ordered Cuppa Joe drink. I love the Omelet with... potatoes on the side, but the Cuppa Joe was not my type so asked the waiter to change for mimosa. It was a good experience overall. Came here for fathers day for the first time loved the place! Good atmosphere, friendly staff food was delicious!! The only... thing was that I asked for my meat to be well done and I got it medium red. My husband asked for medium red and got well done,but we are not picky so we ate it other then that that place is a go to for a special occasion!. The restaurant was nice and clean, very attractive and feeling good atmosphere! Not too loud, not too quite, it was good. It... was on a Saturday around 4 pm. Purge place was not too crowded. Waited about 10 minutes before we sat down at our table. Waiterwas good, he was attentive, professional, and friendly. But the food was definitely not what I was expecting, especially forthe price we paid. The plates here are on the pricey side, which I am ok with that, but the price did not match the taste of thefood. I had a prime rib with a loaded potato and fries, my daughter had some type of pasta and my wife had some flat breadthingy (Like a pizza). All plates were delicious, except for mine. The prime rib, loaded potatoes and fries were not so tasty.Fries were soggy, loaded potato was pretty dry, even after putting all the butter, sour cream and all the other ingredientsgiven to me, the prime rib was juicy, but I asked for it to be well done, it came medium rare, not a deal breaker, I still likeit, but definitely not my favorite. (I didn’t say anything because I wanted to eat with my family, everyone had their platesalready.) For the $40 I paid, definitely not worth half of that. I didn’t even finish it all, and I did not want to take ithome either! But the flat bread thing and the pasta my wife and daughter had, those were actually really delicious, and thecheesy pretzel skillet that we had as a starter was finger liking good lol. We came here for brunch for my wife's birthday. The wait was not bad at all, and we were seated in a wonderful location in the... restaurant. The food was fast and wonderful. The only negative was that one of our water glasses was dirty. Like, actuallydirty. Our server immediately remedied that for us, and there were no other problems. They have a wonderful selection of itemsthat you can buy to take home and enjoy. We bought olives, pickles, and a selection of jams. Read more
The brunch here was amazing. I had the chicken and waffles. It was so much food though, so I recommend a box or splitting a meal... if you can't handle a ton of food. The chicken was juicy and cooked perfectly. I got it Nashville hot, but I wouldn't recommendit personally as I don't feel it added much to the dish. (I live close to Nashville and have had real Nashville hot chicken moretimes than I can count.) The waffles were light and fluffy. A perfect combination. We also had cinnamon rolls. First time impression and it's a very good place. The atmosphere is great, the workers are very nice, and the food was delicious... also. I ordered the Cali Flatbread and my expectations were low to be honest but this was really good! I expected it to bereally small but it was actually decent-sized and it was tasty. The guacamole and the grilled chicken just adds up to it.Overall, great place to eat and I would for sure go here again! Read more
