Wasn?t happy with the door dash order they sent me. They didn?t put my drink in for dasher to pick up. I called and they said... maybe the dasher forgot. Well, that?s alright. I purchased it off the property I was at. Than I realized my dry rubs aren?t onthe side either. Sure the dasher didn?t prepare the order. Maybe dasher wasn?t at fault from very beginning. Me and my friends visit BWW regularly. We spend time chit chatting with great food. Love the drinks and also wings that comes... with variety of flavors. Tuesday?s have special offers and I always try the BWW sampler which comes with onion rings, Mozzarellasticks, boneless wings with sauces and nachos with loaded cheese and ham/chicken. Read more
I'll have to come back here again to see if our experience is any different than this first time. We've been to several other... locations, but this was our first time at Lake Forest. We had a short wait before we were seated, arriving in between the lunchand dinner rush. We waited a while to get our drinks. We waited a reasonable time to get our food. We waited a ridiculousamount of time to see our server again and order refills on our drinks. Watching the server walk all around the empty restaurantwas frustrating, especially since we were trying to get their attention. We ended up ordering just one beer to share instead ofa second round. For the first time since the pandemic started, we tipped just 15%. Edit: Now that I'm seeing the other reviews,it appears that poor service is common here. The owner response seems to be the same each time, "Fill out the form and we'lladdress it with the team." I don't know how much that'll help at this point. Read more
I got rotten salad and celery in my order. I thought that only a few on the top so I picked those bad one out, when I poured... dressing in to mix it, all the little brown clumps of rotten leaves under. Omg! So disappointed! Read more
Walked in and had to look around to find someone who worked there. We were going to sit at the bar, but they didn't have any... booths, just uncomfortable looking chairs. And the floors were dirty with water laying on it. Was just a turn off, we left. Read more
