I went to the restaurant at just around seven on a sunday to a notice on their window stating that the lobby was closed, I'm... unsure if its because of short staffing or just poor scheduling. while reading the sign at the door one of the workers made eyecontact with me, but ignored me. I then decided to walk through the drive thru, (I live across the street so I didnt see a needto bring my car) after standing at the speaking asking if anyone was there, I decided to just follow the line of cars since noone was willing to help me. at the window the woman who greeted me stated she is "unable" to sell me any food because I don'thave a car and she could lose her job. I understand that protocols are protocols, but the way she responded to me with such ablunt and unwelcoming attitude was so disrespectful. say for instance I didnt have a car and had just enough for somethingthere, would she still turn me down? very sad to know there's people like that in this area. I went to this Jack In the Box drive thru on Thursday August 4th and to start things off this is the worst Jack in the Box I?ve... been too. I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Not only did I wait 20 minutes the person at the window was very rudeand got my order wrong. I spent my whole lunch break in the drive thru trying to get my combo yet not even the right food wasgiven to me. Lorena was extremely rude and honestly shouldn?t even work at a Fast Food restaurant. -10 Went back during day shift...Handed pre-made food AGAIN...room temperature! Won't be going there again! This is now status... quo..AWFUL! On March 17, 2022, 8:54pm Lake Forest, on Lake Forest near Home Depot, store #3546. Placed order/drive thru?malewho took order..curt/rude; didn?t listen to my specifics. Car in front of me had just placed order but picked up order immediately? FOOD WAS PRE-MADE..SITTING! Same for me.Soon as I got to window order ready! WAS NOT FRESH/HOT! ROOM TEMPERATURE!When the man at window asked for payment, I asked him to extend the card reader so he didn?t have to handle my credit cardbecause I?m high risk/immune suppressed; he said it didn?t extend that far?As I was speaking to him saying that?s reallysomething you should ask your employer to provide?he slammed the window shut in my face. He took my card outside of my site &took longer than ?swiping? the card should have. He handed me the bag of food?no ?thank you?, no confirmation of what he washanding me. I told him he was very rude as he again slammed the service window in my face. During this interaction I could hearsomeone in the back, a woman?s voice and it became clear to me these were two employees who felt they had better things to dothan serve fresh hot food and provide polite service. I parked close to Home Depot to eat?the food, as I stated, it was roomtemperature and stale?not freshly made. I drove back to the drive-thru and spoke to same guy; said this isn?t fresh or hot andplaced bag of food on the window counter with 1 bite taken from it and asked for a refund?explained I wanted a refund because Ididn?t trust them making my food! One of the better Jacks around the area, fresh hot food that doesn't taste like it's been sitting forever, good condiment to... sauce ratio usually. Obviously managed well. Usually dint review fast food but this is a good location if you're craving asourdough jack or chicken sandwich. Read more

I don't often review fast food joints because there isn't much to say about these places. With that said, the staff at this... location is phenomenal. They are just the most friendly and accommodating people ever. On top of really never having any issueslike missed items or poorly cooked or presented meals, they are just extraordinarily nice people that do their job well. Everyemployee here deserves accolades for their exceptional performance. Read more
The people in the drive thru are hella rude like we get it you hate your job we hate ours as well. Just make the most out of it... show some decent customer service. Night time girl was terrible. Would expect more out of a nicer area like OC guess not. Read more
