Reviews for Jamba in Lake Forest, CA
This location has very bad service. They never answer the phone to place a call ahead. When you get there, they ignore you for a... few min, especially this one Hispanic girl, short, on the heavy side.. she of very rude. If she stays working here , they willlose lots of customers. Read more
I like this place a lot. Tasty refreshing smoothies.
I ordered cold brew with white foam for pick up and it was not good at all. The picture looks great so I wanna try it out since... I love cold brews and black coffee in general. Their cold brew costs more than $6 and it was not worth it. I really needed thatbooze but ended disappointed. I dont recommend their coffee in the menu. Read more
Love Jamba juices app & the deals. Wish inflation wasn't a thing. I rememeber when I used to buy a large for 5$ or so.
Cashier got annoyed we looked at the menu too long. We wanted to make sure our nine year old understood his drink. She told us... to just let her know when we were ready and left with an attitude and never came back. Eventually a different guy came and tookour order. I haven?t never had such horrible service before. I wish she would have offered help with our questions instead. Sitewas also dirty. Never coming back to this location again. Read more
The bowls are a joke to be honest. We should have stuck with the traditional Jamba Juice
Their fruit juicer has been broken for past 7 days and NO one is there to fix the issue. So you are walking to a Jumbo Juice... WITHOUT a simple old juicer. 1 star is way too many for this super poor management team. Read more
I walked in and was the 2nd in line. I could tell they the two staff members were very busy, there was no acknowledging me or... the person in front of me. So i waited 5 min as more people walked in, there was no hint of acknowledging any of them. So iasked the guy in front of me, " have you been helped?" He responded with a "No." So i steped forward and asked staff do you havesomeone to take our orders. I was told by a staff member "we have a lot of order" so i left and went somewhere else. This isclearly a staffing issue and teaching your staff how to communicate with clients. Read more
