This is my go to, drive thru. It is a bit tucked away and never as traffic jammed as the other local fast food spots. The... quarter pounders are usually pretty good now that they are cooked to order. I miss the old fries, but they still hit thespot. The ice cream machine usually works here, which is a miracle these days at most locations. Keep up the great work! Read more
Too dirty and unsanitary food, Because of the dirty service I received by the women serving night shift in this location. I will... never ever put a feet in any of the Macdonald?s locations ... this women should be fired ... additionally the 3 car behind mewere waiting for 30 minutes in the drive through like me .. but yet poor customers has been denied service because they?vereached window by 12:03... She thinks people are stupid and don?t understand that it?s because of her serving each customer in15 minutes to not work a lot for the 16$/h she gets. That women should really be fired ASAP.. Place was clean and the food quality is tragically low. Service was quick and friendly. Reviews on places like mcdonald are not... necessary because everyone knows what they are going to get here. But just this location in general is a quick localestablishment that will always give you what you ask for. Other than that is not a bad place to come to. Read more
Thanks McDonalds for the cheap filling eats. This location is conveniently placed next to the 5 freeway El Toro exit and fast... service as it is their business. The food I ordered came out exactly how I wanted it, fresh as ordered and crispy as I orderedthe crispy chicken sandwiches. Did not disappoint my quick eating impulse decision. Read more
It's hard to believe that I wasn't able to eat again today because of McDonald's. Limited time for my lunch I go through the... drive-thru order my quarter pound cheeseburger without ketchup and onions. They take the order correctly but they hire peoplewho cannot read and gave extra ketchup no pickles no onions. It wouldn't be so bad I can usually wipe off the catch up when theymake this mistake however they gave extra so I cannot eat it I had to throw it away. Read more

Nov 2, 2022, 4:35 pm. At the drive thru, asked for my fries "dark and crunchy". Cashier just puts "Well" on the ticket. Fries... come out very white, very soft, not crispy at all. When I asked the lady at the 2nd window, she says "We took out half thefryer!". I say "What?", and she just says it again. Maybe it's a new English language I never heard of? Or maybe it's a wordsalad speak for: "We make the fries the way WE want, not the way YOU want!" Read more
