Whole turkey was easy to order, pick up and heat. It was tasty and moist. Would definitely buy again.
Our honeybaked ham is so disappointing and a total failure. When we opened it, there is no glaze on it. This is the 2nd year in... a row. We keep hoping for a good one but I think its time to give up and just get a Costco ham and then do the work of glazingit. Honey baked ham is not worth it anymore! Read more
Unbelievably fast Thanksgiving spread. The line was out the door and down the street. But well worth the 40 minute wait to save... hours of kitchen time. Their food is always great especially for non-homemade. It looks good. Smells delish. And oh sooo yummy.They do an exceptional job in making any novice look like they got up at 5AM worked every burner on the stove and the broiler,just for you. Singles when it?s your turn, turn to HoneyBaked. Of course it does help if you hit the grocery store and pick upsome fresh fruit and a pickle or cheese dish. The ham was great even reheated several times, used in Cordon Bleu, with eggs and in bean soup. It didn't get dry and the flavor... stayed delicious. I would probably always use the delivery in the future as I don't really live that close to Oakland. I guessmy only request would be for more sides, the rolls or whatever other options you might think people would like to go along. TVads hooked me. Read more

I've been a fan of this establishment since I first tasted their ham back in North Carolina 20+ yrs ago. But this particular... location left me with a sour taste in my mouth. They failed to have my ham prepared for me when I went to pick it up. Thisshouldn't have happened since I went through the trouble of reserving it on their website a week beforehand. So I purchasedone of their turkeys instead being that they were out of hams. How does that happen, they sell hams as their main product? Ihate to say it but the turkey was way below par with how it tasted and the preparation. I was also over charged for the turkeywhich I didn't find out until I mentioned what I paid to a friend who quickly started I was over charged. After comparing theprice on their site to what I was charged at the location did I know that I paid $15 and some change over. Read more
Zero stars!! The website states they open at 9:00 AM. The employees say they open at 10 AM. Updated hours needed on website!!
