Last Thursday I purchased an order of wings. They were incredibly good. Thus leading me to get the same thing today (Sunday).... The wings were horrible. I ate three and threw the rest out to the trash. They were NOT cooked right at all. You could see thechicken really pink from the inside & hardly any barbecue from the outside. I walked out due to employees. They were complaining about a customer (who had to wait 30 mins for his pizza) just after he had... left, saying he "probably has Alzheimer's". As I got up to walk out I advised them to not joke about something like that, andreceived eye rolls. Very disappointing. Read more
Very rude front desk worker won't name names but the young lady. Also tends to lie about how much time it takes to ready the... pizza. Then when asked about anything they are very rude and defensive. Would like better service here and customer service. Read more
This is the worst Rosati?s and if they make your order wrong they will not remake it. I?ve never left a review but this was the... 4th bad order and I never called them before or complained but I thought someone should know so it could be resolved and so Ifinally did call tonight and the owner said ?they will put a note in my file.? Fantastic! I went on a friday evening, and the staff was very polite, made small talk with the customers, and promptly executed... my order. I got the thin crust Meat Mania and the bone in hot wings. The wings were JUMBO and juicy with the perfect amount ofheat, and the pizza was super meaty and crispy at the same time. The box it comes in is a bonus too. It's a superior pizza box,which I think keeps the pizza warmer longer, with a grease mat on the bottom to eliminate soggy dough. Keep it up, Rosati's! Read more
Rosati has great tradition Chicago thin crust. Both Lake Forest and Bannokburn IL locations have done an excellent job, but the... locatuon at Bannokburn is more consistent in quality. Their pasta dishes and wings are good, too. Ask about coupons andspecials, which always seem available. Read more
