I ordered a footlong through the app at 9:07, my card was charged with no problem. My pickup is scheduled for 9:25. I go to the... store to pick it up and I discover that the store actually closes at 9. Basically I paid for a sandwich and received nothing. Iforwarded a message to Subway corporate making my displeasure clear to them. This restaurant needs to seriously clean up theiract when it comes to customer service. Read more
If you don't know subway is franchised so each one is quite unique and operations are generally based off the owner and their... standards. Personally worked for a couple owners in my youth and each owner ver y different some better then others but thissubway, imo has superseded the standard. The manager here like to fire people who arent stealing and say they are stealing dont go to this subway they also dont wear... masks or gloves when they prep your food. The managers name is Dalia she doesn't like anyone and has no customer service anddoesnt allow people to take breaks She just filed a single mother of 2 who was "stealing" chips and soda and now she has no jobto support her 2 kids who are under the age of 12. The restaurant is clean and looks nice, but out of the many times I've visited, I've only had good service a few times (depends... on the worker really). On top of this, this Subway is privately owned and the owner is VERY cheap. Most coupons aren't accepted,you usually get less meat compared to other Subways, and they will charge you extra any chance they get. Read more
