Usually I have great customer service as well as pizzas. Ordered delivery-pizza was still doughy and the cheese was so... undercooked that it was partially shredded. I called and Star?s manager said they would have to see the pizza to know for sureit was not cooked. Even though I paid for delivery, I still went to show her. She agreed it was not cooked and said that theoven does that in the beginning of the day as it just started up. Understandable..she makes another pizza for me to which Iopened and seen that it was the exact same quality- undercooked. I very respectfully explained and even showed her what I wastalking about. She began to snap at me stating that she had already made me 2 pizzas and said ?well I don?t know what to tellyou, customers eat it like this all of the time?. I explained that I order this exact same order every time (often) and thatthis is not how it?s supposed to be. The pizza would fall apart as soon as I picked a slice up from being that undercooked. Itold her twice I wouldn?t accept this pizza and she didn?t want to hear it. The third time she finally decided to refund theorder (with a very open attitude as well as argumentative remarks). These clowns regularly cancel orders arbitrarily and offer no recourse for spent points or money. The food is about what you'd... expect from a dominoes, not the worst, not great. However the real reason for the 1 start rating is they provide some of theworst customer support and service I've ever come across in all my years. We stopped ordering from them for a long time becauseof the incompetence we deal with every time we order from them, and we have it another chance tonight and to no surprise theyflaked on our order and did not refund our points. It's been a while since we ordered from this Domino's because we had a bad experience last time. I thought I'd give it another... chance but once again have left with the feeling that I will NEVER order from here again. I was charged $10.00 for the samepizza you can get for $7.99. I asked for a refund of the difference and was told because I paid online I was out of luck. Wellnow you're out of luck because I will be sure to spread the word how unethical this place is. This is really poor businessespecially when there are so many pizza places to choose from. Read more
Pizza was very squishy at the middle and had very little cheese. The chiken wings barely had any hot sauce all of it was at the... bottom also they had some black spots on them. Read more
Ew! I ordered a few items, one of them being a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich. Halfway into eating said sandwich I notice a hair... sticking out. I could not pull it out because it is baked into the sandwich. It immediately ruined my appetite, how gross ???? Iwish I could?ve given 0 stars. I will be calling tomorrow morning. Read more
The website will not let me rate them internally so here is a public review. The pizza arrived cold, though we are 5 minutes... away from the location (less than, if you don't hit a red light). The dried out, shrunken boneless chicken was covered in moreburnt cheese than BBQ sauce. We put them in the oven to reheat them (both to hopefully make them palatable and to ensure theywere safe to eat). In the end, both were edible, but not at all good (hence the single star). To be nit-picky: The saucetasted like the standard sauce (instead of the marinara I ordered). It was also really light on mushrooms (though we did order"normal" mushrooms) so, if you do decide to order from this location and want mushrooms on your pizza, you may have to order"extra" mushrooms (and pay the additional fee) to get more than one mushroom piece every couple of slices. We saw the pizza was"being checked for quality" nearly twenty minutes before I received the text it was on its way. The website still says it isbeing checked, despite our having received it, reheated it, and eaten it. Attached is a photo of the burnt chicken, though ithardly does the blackened bits at the ends justice. There is no way to show the coldness of the pizza in a photograph so wedidn't bother photographing it. Read more
