U know I'm deaf and don't speak well. One employee made fun of me. It was very unprofessional. I paid online and pick it up at... 115 pm. I arrived on time and said work on it now with 6 employees. At last, 10 minutes later, picked it up. That's lousyservice. What's more... I witnessed one employee eat at a deli in front of the clerk! Difficult parking. No way of free parking! Read more
Definitely the last time I will ever order from this location. "Freaky Fast?" More like "Freaky Slow." I live 1 mile away and it... takes an hour for a single sandwich to get delivered. Wow. This location seems to be programmed to tell people its "on theway," when in truth it's not. The whole tired excuse of not having employees is getting really old. I was even clear on thedriver instructions to help out which building was mine. There are only 2 buildings. Even left instructions on contactlessdelivery, yet that was apparently to much for the driver to read. Never again. Read more
Several times I order delivery before they forgot my drink which made it feel like they were doing it on purpose. Decided to... give them one more chance a few months later and the drink came but was literally mostly ice. Never ordering from this locationagain. Read more
Food is typically fine. But the last two times I?ve ordered I was told 30 minutes. Unfortunately I waited an hour and a half the... first time and missed my entire lunch time waiting and had to call and cancel. The next time I was told 30 minutes and thencalled once I had waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. They said the driver was on his way. So I waited again another 30 minutes anddecided to call and cancel. This used to be a great establishment but has been terrible lately. I get the covid stuff but comeon I?m 3 minutes from the place driving. Read more
Normally I'm 100% satisfied but this time I was absolutely appalled by the condition of my sandwiches. I'm truly hoping this is... a temporary issue with staffing. Neither sandwich was cut in half, no mayonnaise packets, and no extra onions because theyactually didn't put any onions on it at all. This all was requested when order was placed. Also the bread was a brick and I had1 hot pepper located in the middle of my sandwich causing me to gag as I'm not tolerate to anything spicy. Very disappointing. Read more
Ordered a sandwich and a bottled water. After paying and waiting for them to get a water from god knows where, they handed me a... warm bottle of water. I asked if the had cold ones and they did not. I asked for a refund on the water. That also became a majorproduction. Finally got my sandwich and of course it had hot peppers that I specifically asked them not to include andmayonnaise which I did nor ask for and is not a normal component of the sandwich I ordered. Waste of money and time. Is their notraining available at this store? I had to deconstruct the sandwich and eat pieces of it. All in all, a complete disappointment! Read more
Normally a decent location, but when I came in to pick up my online order this evening, the employee at the counter handed me my... order without my drink at first. Fine, I corrected him and got my drink. Then, I get home and the only thing in the bag was mysandwich. I had ordered chips, sides of guac, and a pickle. It was all printed on the order sheet stapled to the bag. Thelocation wasn't busy. Very disappointed in the service today. I am not normally one to complain, but this was just not it. Read more
We were the only ones there. The staff was super nice & patient.
