This place went down after is switched owners. My guess the employees are not following the recipe and making up their own. No... one is care about the KFC way of doing things. Remember food is cooked to order they can't have food sitting around in thehopper that'll be a waste of food. Read more
Went to drive thru on Friday but they were out of original white meat. I was informed it would be a 14 minute wait for white... meat chicken. I asked if they could add a couple of extra pieces for my inconvenience. She said no and was very dismissive. Like it was my problem. The lake Geneva KFC is usually excellent . I'm so tired of this location and the lazy workers. I've ordered food online and I pay for the food only to get my food and... items are missing. This time I ordered a pot pie and yep no pot pie I call and the lady says I told the pick up person no potpies I proceeded to tell her I paid for it and she's like well you can request a refund or it will take 22mins to make....wthdidn't she just make it for me in the 1st place when I ordered?!?! Why because these people are lazy which explains why they arehardly ever busy. Won't order from here again. Read more

Sandwich wasn?t bad but 50% of the popcorn chicken was just fried bread.

Major drawback to this location is that the dining area is closed to dine in. There's otherwise typical KFC food. Still some... of the best fried chicken town. However, in this case, offering a little more than a drive-thru experience is not much wediscuss. Read more
