If I could give zero stars, or even negative stars, I would. I recently went to the drive-thru of this location and was... absolutely furious. I'm thinking, "Oh, you know I'm pretty hungry, I'm just gonna go to McDonalds." I get there, little to noline on one side by the screen and mic, the employee took my order right away, good thing right? I pull to the other side of thebuilding and there is three cars in front of me, whatever, no big deal. I sit in the EXACT same spot for over forty minutes. Ithought maybe the person in the front got a massive order, nope, he was handed a small bag and a drink, thats it. The persondirectly in front of me got another small bag and a drink. I'm thinking they're short staffed, I get it. I pull to the secondwindow and the restaurant looks FULLY STAFFED. They have an employee on every spot in sight, and it is taking this long. I getmy food and drive away, pull into a parking spot and to my surprise, my fries are freezing cold. My burger is completely messedup, and I had ice in my drink that I asked for no ice to be put in, nice job McDonalds. Read more

I can?t believe how much I am nerding out about this right now, but I just ate the best burger I have ever had from a McDonalds.... It was juicy, hot, cooked medium-well (medium-well!!!!!!) and all-around incredible. The team-member at the counter was friendlyand courteous. Beautiful modern lobby. Definitely coming back here when we come through town again. Read more
Very nice employee assisted us here however I can see the drive-thru is TOP priority. We stood in line for awhile and I even... started to dance & jump around (I'm here!!). Managers in this establishment need to hire more employees to rectify this issueand CLEAN the cob webs on your very pretty geometrical hanging lights. That is very unbecoming in an eating establishment. Thesoda area was a crime scene and it was very very early in the AM when I visited. This is a tourist area and I think they needmore workers. I got there before the dining room opened, a crew member saw me standing there as she let another employee in. I didn't ask to... be let in because they would open in less than ten minutes per the only sign posted on the door. 6 am came, noone opened, Iwaited 10 minutes, still noone. I walked to the drive through to ask if they were going to open the dining room, the girlstanding there ignored my knock at the window besides the fact she had just closed it after helping a drive through customer.Having exhausted my patience i walked away and called them to be answered by the manager who told me they opened at 0630, Iasked her why that wasn't posted or the girl that opened the door and saw me waiting didn't tell me since it's not posted itwould've saved me 30 unprecedented minutes. She hung up. I walked there because I was staying at a hotel nearby for the fourthof July weekend so because their whole job is to provide a service I will be placing a formal complaint not because they didn'topen but because the person in charge was obviously incompetent in the taking charge part of her job. Service has gone down since the beginning of Covid. Employee told me I could place my order on the Kiosk machine myself. I... could but why they not giving me discount to place my order and employees just standing around chatting with one another thanactual work being done. Read more
Usually a great McDonald's to visit. Unfortunately I've had to take a star away. I have stopped there 5 times for a coffee... between 4 and 5am this passed month and, despite it being open 24 hours, it has been completely closed twice with a deliverytruck parked in the drive thru. I've tried bypassing it and going to the windows, but no workers came. I've tried calling to noavail, and I've tried using the mobile order option, but they must turn off the option, as it won't allow any orders be placed.While there, there were 3 other cars trying to order. THIS STORE IS GROSS AND YOU SHOULD TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. . This store is in absolute shambles. i?ve been here multiple... times to doordash, and i think one single other occasion, ive yet to be spoken to by ANYONE. at least 3 different trips and havespoke to 0 employees other than being told someone else picked up my order and having me contact the right people to get ittaken care of. Besides that i?d like to mention how gross the store, some employees are, and the counters your food is beingprepared at, i witnessed an employee go put his jacket on(not a big deal it?s winter it can get cold) and sling it off and throwit to the *dirty* floor in the kitchen and not even 2 minutes later another employee came and picked it up and put it one thecounter next to orders finishing being prepared and yet to be served. i?m a customer service provider and this is so bogus andwould not fly. do better be better. don?t be in service if you cant provide service. ?it?s mcdonald?s what do you expect? iswhat i would?ve at least liked to experience, but it was worse Read more
