This place is an absolute dump. The management is rude and likes to literally come outside their establishment and yell at... people. The pizza is terrible, and as far as delivery is concerned, what a joke. A future visit from the WI Health Department isin the near future. What an eye sore in such a beautiful town. UPDATE- 4 months later?Open, staff still awesome. Billie served the best pizza I?ve ever had at a pizza hut. Really miss David... here. Will be back. Understaffed, often closed to dine in, but the staff that are here work exceptionally hard and do a greatjob with all of the extra responsibilities they have to handle. They have one of the nicest servers (David?) here too. He reallygoes out of his way to try to make the customers satisfied. Read more
Absolutely terrible!!! I live 5 mins from pizza hut in lake Geneva. I placed an order for delivery waited for over an hour for... no one to show up finally I called and the girl on the phone tells me that oh sorry we don't deliver to your address!!! What???I've ordered before. They never notified me????????????. Are you kidding me!! If I wouldn't have called them to cancel the orderI would've been charged and SOL. Completely unprofessional. Called for carry out. Got there and had to wait and noticed it looks like the floor hasn't been swept in a week and the window... sills are filthy. Leave with my order of 2 items. Leave and open the bag and no marinara sauce for my breadsticks. Had to goback to get marinara sauce. Leave again and go to eat my pepperoni personal pan and no pepperoni! Waste of time. So I am a every week to every other week customer. These pizzas I just got had no sauce in the center and barely any in the... rest. These pizzas looked and tasted much different than normal. The toppings were very minimal as well. I think they lost acustomer on this one?.. we will try to see what the manager will do about it!! Read more

Very high price with no coupons or specials. Waited longer then told while I was the only customer inside. No red pepper or... grated cheese was offered nor included. PH used to always make sure you gor plates, plastic silverware and napkins. Food wasgood. Read more
