Very disappointing. Walked in middle of the week, place was busy, staff seemed clueless as to seating and cleaning tables etc.... Took over 20 minutes to get a drink while sitting at the bar. The bartender was overwhelmed with drink tickets. She was pleasantand apologized for the delay. Our pasta entrees were horrible tasting and slopped together. My friends entree was dry andinedible. Mine tasted like it was out of a jar. Awful. Will not be back. Read more
We had dinner there a few days ago and both of us were disappointed... I had tuna tartar and it wasn't tasty... big pieces of... tuna and a lot of sauce and green weed on top.. I ate it because I was starving. My husband ordered shrimp and he couldn't eatit... it was that bad. My gnocchi were in a weird yellow sauce so I didn't finish it.... We decided not to order a dessert. Ourdinner was $160. Extremely OVERPRICED... I used to live in Italy and this food is not even close to Italian.... When wandering around Lake Geneva on a Saturday, checking out the shops, we came across Sopra and I’m really glad that we did!... This restaurant had a great vibe: dim lit and relaxing. They made very good cocktails and the food was delicious. We triedthe pasta and the filet medallions and both were really good. Definitely worth trying. Read more
Outstanding meal and service. Our server recommended the Austrian Esterhazy 'Estoras' pinot noir; my first Austrian red and it... had a fantastic nose and complex. We shared the grilled Cesar salad with polenta croutons very smoky. We had a fusilloni pastawith shrimp in a cream sauce. For mains, we had the special trout with gnocchi and pork tenderloin on a bed of buttery garlicpotatoes and asparagus . It was an unforgettable meal. Hats off to chef Simon. Read more

We are in town with friends this weekend and made reservations at one of my favorite restaurants in Lake Geneva, Sopra. I had a... creamy Italian dish and had them leave the chicken out as I am a vegetarian. It was delicious. And we had one of my favoriteappetizers in the world which is the fried goat cheese with arugula and honey. I highly, highly recommend that appetizer.
