Another lovely losing place in Geneva! They've had haphazard hours all year long, closing is early as 5:30 in the morning. After... I was able to finally find a place to have dinner tonight, I stopped in for a cup of coffee, sat down and was told at 8:00they're closed! This country has staffing issues because they allow them to happen. I hope that enough staffing issues occur inthis country; as well as in this s******* town lake Geneva, that every store closes in the cities, and those that dream upstaffing issue problems, all drown in their own poor broke sorrow! CARRIE's behavior towards customers of color was extremely disgusting & inappropriate. Carrie Took orders of everyone in line,... than stopped taking order when woman of color approached register. Carrie Continued to racially profile and question her on whyshe wanted Ice. Than a plus size barista with blonde short hair & bangs began harassing the woman of color after she requestedmanager. The team here is INCREDIBLE especially Miles who showed leadship and customer service skills way beyond his age. Today they were... out of venti cups and miles was keeping everyone calm while coming up with great solutions so that everyone was happy. They should really start telling people that a wait will be 35+ before they place their order! After waiting 20 minutes I was... told my order would take "at least another 10 to 15 minutes". I asked for a refund and didn't recieve a single "I'm sorry aboutthat". Go to Inspired instead....the staff is awesome and we got our order in less than 5 minutes (same time of day!). Read more
I went in on a Saturday night before close while staying in town. My drink was made great and the lobby was clean. I can tell... that they are doing the best they can with staff and supply shortages. The woman who made my drink was hustling. Read more
I went in after a workout for a smoothie, only to find out they don't serve smoothies there. Very clean and friendly environment... and the barrista did offer an alternative, so all in all, good service and environment, but didn't have what I wanted. Read more
