This location has been permanently closed for over a year and has a completely different business occupying it.

Service is poor by the individual who was serving us and the final receipt was calculated incorrectly when purchasing a salad... and a six inch sandwich. The following review was posted yesterday and was removed by Subway. The removal of the post was donedeliberately for the sake of wielding an adequate overall review which in the end is false due to their lousy service. Read more

Great Subway restaurant, usually have great service and food here. Tried the new ciabatta bread today and it was delicious!! ... The 2 employees working this morning were very friendly and had a very good repertoire together and helped with my questions!! Read more

I always go to the Subway on Main Street in Lake Geneva next to Starbucks. It's clean and organized, and the employees are... polite and personable. But it will definitely prove interesting to see which downtown business leads the charge--29 yearsoverdue--to make their establishments handicapped accessible. Just think of all the added year round revenue this city couldgenerate if residents and tourists with disabilities had equal access to shops, restaurants, hotels, the cruise line, bikepaths, sidewalks, churches, parks, theaters, seasonal events. I ordered a platter for a work event and was honestly embarrassed by what I brought. Half the subs had what looked like half a... piece of meat slapped on them, veggie sub didn't have veggies on it (to be fair the kid did ask me when I came to pick it up ifI wanted him to put veggies on it but it was too late at that point), and I paid $13 for a platter of veggies that did not evenlook like it would cover half of the sandwiches. this was also first time I've had to pay for the veggies that were on the sideand I've probably ordered at least 10 of these throughout the last 2 years. I called and asked to speak to a manager to makethem aware of the situation the man who answered the phone said "about what" which was super professional. When the manageranswered she was argumentative, rude, never apologized and said next time she'd take a picture? I paid $50 with a $5 coupon(which I was originally told was for a promo they had going on but the manager then said that it was from her and acted like Iwas in the wrong for not knowing that) If you're looking for catering there is a subway down the street where the staff isactually friendly and competent or honestly one of the giant subs from Piggly Wiggly would be more presentable than what theygave me. The subway is by where the Starbucks used to be many years ago. It's been there for a very long time, and the owner is extremely... friendly. They will go out of their way to help you decide what you want if you're unsure, and don't get an attitude like someplaces do. Read more

Seriously just had one of the worst experiences at a subway. I was the only person in line and i didnt leave for 25 min. Thats... how long it took for the man to make 2 sandwiches. Not only did he not understand portion control and how many things to put ona sandwich but sadly couldn't even reach the bread i wanted. Got my order wrong and forgot bacon too. Almost every item was justabout depleated. Im just flabbergasted that this particular subway has workers that obviously have not been trained. PICK UPTHE PACE KIDS! Read more
