We have been going here for a wine tasting every year for the last four years and this is the first time I ever left... disappointed. We got to the tasting room about 10 mins before our reservation and the place was pretty packed. We got in line,it was seen by the person at the register that we were in line and some lady who cut in front of us was still helped first.Cutting is so incredibly rude, don't be that person. Anyway, checking in for our reservation was super easy and we were seated,we were given the rundown of what we were to choose from since we had "The Works" package and we made our selections. John cameover to us and started nitpicking our lists and choices. I understand a wine tasting is to try to new things, I am not stupid,but I also know what I like and if I prefer fruity wines, that is what I am going to try. I also didn't appreciate wanting totry the $1 extra wine, which my company also chose and being told since we can try each other's, I should try something else andhaving my paper marked for something I did not want. It wasn't all bad, the snack plate was delicious, the wine infusedmarshmallows and peach spread were absolutely amazing, as were all of the crackers. The plate was arranged beautifully and thepresentation was almost too nice to mess up. Prior to our visit we were sent an email asking if we were celebrating anything orhad any food restrictions, we were celebrating an anniversary and the complementary glass of bubbly shared with us and twoemployees was a nice touch, and the bubbly was delicious! We've been coming here for years and everyone is always so kind,knowledgeable and fun to chat with, I hated taking off a star for this review to reflect my slight disappointment in how thisyear's visit went. Really enjoyed my time here! Crystal did a great job in guiding me through the wines. The tasting is only $10 for a flight of 7... wines of your choice! Truly a great deal. You also get an Adirondack Winery wine glass to take home with you. There are optionsto upgrade your tasting, such as adding a charcuterie board or getting a bigger wine glass. When you first arrive, they giveyou a sheet with all the wines and helpful stats, like ABV and residual sugar. If you are new to tasting wines, please know thata majority of their wines are very sweet. However, they do have a nice selection of dry wines, so just let them know yourpreference and they will give you helpful recommendations. I personally loved the oaky flavor of the Barrel Aged Chardonnay andtook home 2 bottles! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will gladly return again. Read more

Wine tasting was amazing and very helpful to know which to buy. We came in middle of winter ???? freezing temps. Bought wines... back to cabin. Some froze but defrosted fine. Just placed another order online. My only regret that I didn’t have cash to tipthe helpful service. We will be back. Ghost town in winter made easy to find parking ????. Read more
Thoroughly enjoyed spending some time learning about the great wines that Adirondack Winery produces. Eldon was a wonderful... host, and we'll definitely be ordering a case to go alongside the bottles we picked up yesterday. Wide variety of winesavailable to taste! Come in with an open mind, as there are some wines that will exceed your expectations. Consider adding thetasting plate, it enhanced the experience. Read more
I came here last minute with no reservation to get a break from my kids and husband :). They had openings so they fit me in and... I had a great tasting. My server was knowledgeable and friendly and i came away with 4 bottles I purchased. They have a littlesection for kids to entertain them while you are tasting also. It was a hot week and the wine slushy really helped. Read more
Been a gold case club member for almost a year. Great variety of wines. The seasonal Home Sweet Home (apple pie wine) is my... favorite. Our server, Cathleen, was phenomenal. Even though it was very busy and she was taking care of multiple parties, shewas very attentive and had a great personality. We will definitely be back! Read more
