I went to Applebees around 12 am on Saturday November 12 and my friend and I went to the bathroom and my friend said something... funny so we were both laughing and whoever the manager was during that shift accused both of us that we were throwing up andrefused to serve us and kicked us out. I do have a video of my friend and I laughing in the bathroom none of us were throwing upand why was a male manager in the women?s bathroom in the first place??? We like to go to Applebee's every once in a while, but we usually do take out. The food was good, service was good. I only... down played the atmosphere because I don't really go there to watch sports, but I definitely don't go there to watch programsabout betting on sports. Absolutely disgraceful. Placed order with app because you can't with store now. App wouldn't let us check in tried to call... number on sign got disconnected after 15 min went inside. Kids were useless, said they didn't know what to do. Got home food wasa mess, wrong order only gave us spoons for utilensils and no napkins. Definitely not worth the $27 charge. Read more
Our little co-worker get together in lake grove was a good experience. We sat at the bar figuring we didn't want formal. Our... daily grind at work, we see ourselves in a different perspective. We went to relax and not feel the pressure of our tasks. Jonwas our bartender and he is definitely skilled in his field. We all felt to pay it forward and tip generously. Thank you Jon. Just wanted to share That today was a very busy day at Applebee?s in Lake Grove. I couldn?t believe how fast I got in and out... everything prepared the way I ordered it and the manager himself Greg was running around the restaurant backing up his serversand making sure operations went smoothly. I couldn?t possibly go on the rest of my night without giving that man his flowers.Love to see managers hands on and providing excellent customer service, great job Greg! Read more
