One pretzel for $4.99 after tax. Not such a great deal. I know it's the mall, but perhaps close the other two locations in the... mall and save some rent money and in turn charge a lower price. The overhead has to be crazy. Read more
This place will forever be my heart. I love their pretzels and no matter what Anne?s I go to, they are all still mouth watering.... 10/10 DONT go anywhere else for pretzels except the good old aunt unless you want to be disappointed. I always go out of my wayto eat here on cheat day. I suggest you do the same. Read more
Pretzels are usually hot and fresh, but not this time. I ordered a Sour Cream and Onion pretzel. It was cold.
Horrible. Was just at location in Smithhaven Mall long island. Was at the one by the Macys side. 3 people working. Only 1 was... helping customers. 1 was making pretzels. And the 3rd was doing nothing. I was 5th on line so I walked away after seeing only 1person helping. This was at 347pm. Check your cameras for the great service . Read more

They no longer carry jalapeno pretzels, but other locations do. Also you can get a box to make your own at home as well. Tasty... pretzels I got every time I came to the mall. Read more
I just want to share with everyone that Auntie Annes in SMITHAVEN MALL catered my party and it was a hit! Everyone loved all... the different pretzels flavors they had. I must say my favorite is the Sweet Almond a must try! Sour Cream & Onion anotherawseome one.. Just a few of my favorites. Mini hot dogs in a pretzel who doesn't love that! Great idea for a party if you wantto do something fun and different. More importantly the staff is so nice and helpful. They even let us sample a couple ofdifferent flavors.. So, with saying that go take a ride and try them its worth it! Read more
