It?s a good bookstore.
Today I went to the Starbucks cafe inside of Barnes and Noble and ordered a Venti Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino with 3 pumps of... peppermint syrup inside it. I paid and noticed on my receipt it didn't say Frappuccino. So I mentioned it but she said she'llmake it into a Frappuccino. Turns out it tasted nothing like it usually does when I get the drink, and I asked why. She got verymad that I called them out on it but I knew she took what was in the latte that was partially made and made the Frappuccino withthe espresso from the latte in it. The other girl that made the drink said that she did that and the one I was dealing with gaveme an attitude and said no that's not why. As I was explaining that it doesn't taste good at all she said "so what?" And gotvery expressive with her hands. I really just had a bad experience here. She eventually, in a huff, remade my drink. There wasno need for her to get so upset with me about it. My friend was with me and she and I both heard the other nicer barista say,"She isn't very nice when it comes to frappes and issues with them." When she remade the drink I tried it again and it stilldidn't taste right but I wasn't dealing with her attitude anymore. Very disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Read more
One of the best Barnes and Noble that I have been too. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Best place ever. You can get coffee and a snack inside and sit grab a book and veg out for a few hours to at least collect... yourself from a rough day. Try it think you might like it. ???? Read more
Overall clean and spacious. The older gentleman at checkout is missing manners to even say hello or saying anything for the... matter. Made the whole exchange unnecessarily awkward. Read more
Good place to get books for my kids. They have a large selection. They have little areas where u can sit n read to them. And... they have a starbucks inside too. Soo a ice coffee with a book ???????? Read more
As I was checking out I noticed my book was damaged in the back. The manager offered to send me a new copy of to receive 20... percent off. Outstanding customer service. Their toy selection is wayyyy better then most too. It's not junk. Lots of boardgames, Legos and other fun kids steam activities. Read more
Still appreciate a good bookstore, and there is no equivalent to the friendly knowledgeable people there excited to help!
