We jave dined at RC at various locations in the metro area and Florida. Manhattan is tops. However, this is not a negative... review but one that cannot be described as exceptional. The interior design lacks warmth. The staff was courteous and attentive,yet not enthusiastic for a saturday night. I mean, a server is going home with $500 to $1000 tonight and I am happy to lay iton, but the vibe was business like compared to other locations. The food was exceptionally prepared and presentation wasordinary. The sea bass was prrfect, the prix fix of appetizer, filet with shrimp, vreamed spinach and cheesecake is a deal notto be missed. I recently dined in at the Ruth’s Chris of Lake Grove. My date and I were greeted with warm smiles & were sat quite... quickly. My server Tony was knowledgeable not only about the menu but the history of Ruth’s Chris. Our meals were amazing andTony reminded us about the hot plate. When we were finished our “server assistant” Noah was quite personable and friendlywhile taking away our plates. We skipped dessert but will definitely try and leave room for the sin cake next time. First time at a Ruth Chris Steak House. This Lake Grove location is relatively new. Everything inside was pristine. We were... promptly greeted and seated. Was a little sticker-shocked at first, but like anything in life you get what you pay for. Ended upspending a little more than $80 per person (without drinks) and what I got for that was an excellent, attentive wait staff andperfection from the kitchen. My fillet was cooked perfectly! So tender and so flavorful! I ordered it medium rare and it was perfect! The crab cakes were OMG... so good! All crabmeat!
