I came to Shenanigans with a group of friends and we ordered 30 wings, fries, quesadillas, potato stickers and drinks. We... watched a little college football. When we were leaving we ordered an additional 30 wings. Our waitress was great but I can'tremember her name. Everyone was happy with the level of service and the quality of food. Wow... I've never seen anything so unethical in business. We were seated at about 8:30. Waitress came and took our order for... drinks and apps, and returned with water instead saying their computer system is down and she can't enter in orders at the baror kitchen until it reboots. So no one could order anything at this point in the whole establishment. No problem we will waita while... After about 30 minutes, someone at the door starts collecting a $10 cover charge for karaoke night WITHOUT tellingthe incoming patrons that you can't order a drink or food untill they fix the computers. Pretty sketchy and unethical if youask me. We packed it up around 9:20 after nothing was fixed. We weren't even offers the opportunity to pay with cash and do amanual order. They could have switched to paper and pencil orders for cash patrons. They didn't seem to need the computertechnology to collect the cash cover charge. Read more
My kids love this location, food is alway on point and the chips are out of this world, Staffing is almost always short handed... but the staff members have always been nice and accommodating, they do get overwhelmed as we are a large group but do their bestto overcome any issues. Space (on weekdays) is plentiful. never have been in on the weekend. Read more

I got the bacon chicken Mac and cheese and it was so delicious!! The only thing I would say was it was very greasy. After 5... minutes of eating, all the grease was at the bottom of the bowl. We waited a very long time to be seated, and when we werewaiting for our food, a fight occurred at the bar and someone got launched across the stairs. I came here to have dinner with my family at the beginning they was skeptical about sitting us down because we were with... children and they said they close the restaurant area at 11pm and it was only 10pm, I actually told the lady to call the managerbecause it was only 10 and I wanted to sit and eat do I guess they figured something out and we sat , that was my only issue butthe food was great and the service can?t complain they also had karaoke and they had a club in the back which was very loud andcrazy packed in there ,the restaurant was clean as well i always look for clean and sanitary places , would recommend thisplace.
