We came for dinner. Our server was very kind and we enjoyed the lamb appetizer. Unfortunately, the rest of the food left much to... be desired. I ordered the linguine special which came with a medley of seafood, all of which was very over cooked. There wasalso ground beef in the dish which made no sense to me nor the others in my party. The bill came out and the entree was $39!! Iunderstand this is a touristy area, but we pay much less for a nice dinner out in Philadelphia with much better food. Excellent food and service. This is an ideal place for date night but also family friendly. One of the best filet mignons I... have ever had, very tasty, cooked perfectly with an excellent bernaise sauce on the side. My dining companions were equallysatisfied with their entrees: a stuffed chicken breast and a baked salmon. Everyone enjoyed their sides of baked potatoes andexcellent vegetables. Read more

Found this while staying at Split Rock Resort. Beautiful place, wish I could have seen it during daylight. Beautiful interior as... well. Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Oktoberfest food was bland and sauerkraut was cold. Salmon dinner was the best out of 7 meals. Shepherds pie was returned (chili... with a spoon of mashed potatoes on top). Fish and chips were served in a cool metal holder but the grease from the fried fishbeing on top of the fries caused the fries to become soggy. Calamari looked and tasted like fried onion rings, not calamari.Mixed drinks and service were good. Women's bathroom needs purse hooks on the stall doors. Decorations for Halloween wereawesome. This place was amazing! My party of 9 people were able to get in for a last minute reservation. The staff was so accommodating... and friendly. The food and drinks were delicious and the view was amazing. We also loved the seasonal decorations! Nicole wasour waitress and she was phenomenal! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Been coming up for years to play the old school walkable South course and the difficult but beautiful North Course. Brian and... his crew do a great job keeping things up in a tough mountain climate with a shorter season than a lot of places. The view fromnumber 11 is worth the price of admission by itself!
