I went in for One reason only! Those little pies they have, Coconut Cream fire me! They're so freaking good! The waitresses were... a little busy so I had to wait for a bit but okay. The one busser had just started there that day so I gave her a tip! Read more

All in all it was a good experience. Staff was on it. Constant refills, & communication was spot on. They let us know that... fresh gravy was being prepared, and that our food would be out promptly. Anything we needed extra of (butter, gravy, soda,chives) was quickly retrieved. Food was tasty and warm. Great dinner after a long two day fishing tournament. We come here quite often in fact it's one of my favorite restaurants, I always get the slow cooked pot roast but tonight the... gravy was different I always get the beef gravy it was different in color first thing I noticed and did not taste very good atall. We took my order back and they were happy to fix it but unfortunately got the same gravy.. while there waiting for the neworder we heard the cooks joking about the gravy.. This place was filthy from the outside to the inside. It took almost 30min to get my order taken and another 45min to get my... food, and the server never brought the Orange juice that I ordered. The table was filthy, the silverware were filthy, even thehot sauce and ketchup and were sticky with globs of gunk on them. There was so much filth that it appeared systemic and thefault of poor management, not the fault of employees. With all my travling and eating at dozens of Black Bear Dinners, this hasbeen to only nasty one I have come across. Read more

Loved all the bear details that start outside the restaurant. The food was great as well as the service. There are locations... in several states and we plan to visit one close to us. Definitely recommend! Read more
