I've been out here for 5 weeks to help my mother relocate. The manager/ assistant manager (Bryce) had his employee in tears.... This was the 3rd time I've been there in 5 weeks and the 3rd time I've seen Bryce degrade and belittle employees. TOTALLYUNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR EVERY TIME!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING. After not eating here for almost a year because our orders were messed up time after time, we decided to give them another... chance with the hope that improvements had been made and that employees who could read, write & understand basic English hadbeen hired. Unfortunately, NOTHING has changed or improved and the employees remain as dumb as a box of rocks. I gave theorder taker my order three times and explicitly stated that one of the burgers absolutely had to be plain -- meaning NO lettuce,pickles, tomatoes, onions or sauces -- and why (it was for a picky eater on the spectrum who has nasty fits/tantrums if thingsaren't "just right"). When the order was handed to me, I asked if the one burger was just meat, cheese & the bun and I wasassured that there was indeed one plain burger in the bag. Except there wasn't. All 3 burgers had lettuce, pickles, tomatoes,onions & sauces on them and one burger even had a bottom bun that was so stale it was damn near rock hard. Our autisticindividual was so upset that they had a rager of a fit, threw food everywhere and eventually broke down cryinghysterically. Please, for the love of God, hire employees who can comprehend that plain means plain!!! I'm tired of wasting myhard-earned money on food that gets thrown out. I'm also tired of dealing with these f'ing outbursts that could easily beavoided if the employees were able to follow incredibly simple instructions. Read more

Worst customer service I?ve ever witnessed! I had to repeat my order 7 times, the manager and the employee were bickering the... entire time and I watched two customers give up and walk away waiting for some one to even acknowledge them! Read more

Of all the years I've been going to Carl's Jr. I've never had such exceptional sincere service as the service Bryce provided for... my fiance and I tonight. This review is specifically for Bryce and his outstanding customer service! That man deserves a darnraise!!!! We were served 6/6/22 at almost 10pm. Read more

I pulled into Carl's Jr. Just before 10:00. The hours listed on the internet are until 11:00. I placed my order which had to be... cooked so I waited in the parking lot. I saw two cars pull into the drive-thru and pull right out. When Gene came out with myfood I asked him if they were closed and he said yes. I was so surprised that he fed me and I was very delighted and he was verykind. Thank you Gene Carl's Jr for feeding me after closing! Read more

I got the loaded breakfast burrito that has sausage, bacon bits, scrambled eggs, hash rounds, shredded cheese, and salsa. Mine... had lots of salsa and hash rounds and very little egg, meat, and cheese. It pretty much just tasted like tomato and onion. Thisburrito is usually flavorful and tastes pretty good. This must have been an off day but this burrito cost to much to not begood. I was very disappointed. Read more
