We came on a Friday night to celebrate my wife?s birthday and even though they were busy, everything was served fast and... delicious. Our server Theresa was phenomenal. We had our grandson with us and Theresa treated him respect and listened to him asif he was the only person talking. Her politeness and enthusiasm made tonight perfect in every way. Seated by a robot, cool. Waited 30 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Finally we get our water & lemonade. Waited for... a waitress to come take our order, finally appetizers arrived. The salad was warm, oh & no fork, of course. My burger wasdelicious. The new cilantro lime carna asada was good. The young man Ayden a food runner was better than the waitress, hisservice was appreciated. Over all food was worth it, service was in need of improvement. Read more
Came here while in town for the 4th of July. The employees are nice but honestly has to be one of the worst chilis locations i... have visited as far as the food goes. We had a larger party and not one person was happy with their food. It was all cold anddidn't taste the same. The restaurant was pretty empty, no wait time at all. So it wasn't seeming like that was the reason forthe cold food or awkward tastes. 2 stars for the employees that were nice but that is about it. Read more
The big bacon bbq burger was on point!! Totally worth $16/ jk but for real pretty damn good. The new queso n spinach dip doesn't... compare to the spinach n artichoke dip. Not even close. I was so disappointed when the waitress delivered a steaming hot bowl ofqueso cheese with FULL pieces of spinach on the top, cheddar cheese melted into a blob in the middle along with scoops oftomatoes and guacamole. All in one bowl. Why change something that was so good. Oh yeah there are now robots working here. Nofor real I'm serious. Read more

In the middle of the "what" my wife and I went out to Chili's for dinner. We had great server he was very helpful and friendly. ... My wife had the Chicky Chicky Blue Sandwich. I had the Spicy Shrimp taco's with a lime. We shared a salad with Blue Cheesedressing, endless Chip and salsa with a $5.00 Lucky Jameson Margarita. The food was great it is very consistent it the taste andlook. Extra place to eat. Also Chili's has a rewards app so one can get a discount or a free food dish. I would recommend thisChili's as must try place. Read more
I ate at Chili's tonight and ordered a steak off the guiltless menu and took 1 bite only to realize the steak smelled like... rotten meat and was sour. No apologies given, the waitress didn't ask if I wanted anything else, no manager spoke to me. WORSTmeal and even WORSE establishment I have ever been to . The Chili's in Yuma is 100 times better than Lake Havasu. Read more
