Save your money in time don?t go here order a latte and ended up waiting 30 minutes 25 minutes. Into my way. I walked up to one... of the girls making the drinks and I just tried to ask how much longer it would be. Instead she walked away from me, instead ofanswering me, and then I said, can you help me and then she rolled her eyes and said what do you want and I said I?m just tryingto see how much longer I?m gonna be waiting and then she said I?ll make yours next. No apology for the extreme wait for one cupof And meanwhile, told me, I was ungrateful that they were making my coffee. 30 minutes later. I finally got my coffee. ThanksStarbucks. This is the gold standard of Starbucks. Anytime I have visited I have been given the best customer service experience, from real... people who care. Deja at the window always makes you feel warm and welcome (Even on the coldest days). I don't see the otherbaristas as much, but I know everyone at this Starbucks is stellar. The drinks are always done exactly how you request them. Imentioned in passing I was having a bad day and the baristas came to the window to say they hope it is all up from here, andthey even customized my drink with a positive message. I didn't even notice until I got home, and that really improved my dayexponentially. If you're in the area and have to choose one place to get coffee, choose this one. Read more

Rude, service is bad, they left scones out of the order. When I went in to ask I got a big sigh like I was bothering them. They... grabbed one out of the case threw it in a bag ice cold stale and hard. Went back in to get the second one they forgot you wouldhave thought I asked for a quart of blood. The coffee sizes were wrong too much! Worst store I have ever been in in my life. IfI could leave zero stars or negative stars I would have. I don?t even know what they were doing in there. $$ It's a Starbucks. I don't drink coffee but my wife does and she likes it. Be aware the parking lot is one-way... counter-clockwise around the building and drive-thru can get busy at times. They do have a nice outdoor seating area. One thingI wish they'd do is put up a little bridge walkway over the ditch to connect the bike path with the parking lot. Walking orbiking from the west requires traversing the ditch or going all the way around the bank. Plus it would make it convenient forpeople who ride the 550 to get to/from the bus stop adjacent to the bike path. It shares a building with other businesses andprovides handicap parking and access. I made a mistake while order my drink and did not notice till i left. There was too much milk on my drink and i went back and... told them it was my fault for the way i asked and if they could remake it. They said yes of course! i felt so bad bc im notnormally one to ask for a remake but they made it so easy for me. This is my go to Starbucks no matter what <3 Read more

This Starbucks right off of Randall Road just north of Algonquin Rd is very similar to many Starbucks of its size. The staff is... very friendly, prompt, and they serve the same Starbucks coffee I have come to expect at most every Starbucks. I stopped here towork for about an hour or so before going to a meeting on a cold January morning. Read more
