Service was slow. They took a long time to get our food ready. Didn't bring enough silverware. My silverware was greasy. ... Then they gave us plastic ware. Rolled their eyes when we needed things and didn't come back for long periods of time so ofcourse we needed things when they came back. Tried ordering a burger online and for some reason the app said they were out of all burgers and the wrap. I ordered wings... instead. Once I arrived I was welcomed by Brandi and Hayley, who I told about the issue. They handled everything from there! Myhusband got his burger and we are both very satisfied with our experience today. This is one of those "If i could rate them 0 stars i would" reviews. This is BY FAR the absolute WORST Buffalo Wild Wings in the... area! I have actually recommended that they fire their cook. They are so bad that my coworkers refuse to eat there anymore. After today, I refuse to eat there myself. I always get the lunch 10 piece medium boneless with fries at every BWW. The friesare usually fine here, but the wings (if you could call them that) are more pint sized rock hard pieces of overcooked batterwith sauce on them than chicken wings. This has been the case several times and I'm just now learning my lesson. I've gotten hotrecently after ordering medium. I was told that they are medium because hot is a different color. Later when I moved a wing, I saw the "hot" tag on the wax paper. Their wings are tiny compared to Pearland and Webster, and are mostly overcooked batteras I said before. I didn't eat half of my wings today and told them it was because of the rock hard wings. They half wayapologized and still handed me my check. I called to speak to the manager after I left and was told he was interviewing someonebut they'd take my number and have him call me right back. I didn't hear back from him so I tried to call the store again 4hours later and he was gone for the day. Here's a hint Bill (GM)...... 1. Make some drastic changes (and soon) to the quality ofyour food and you might occasionally have more than 2-3 tables at a time with customers. 2. Give Crissy a raise Terrible service & will honestly never go back to this location. Only giving a 2 star because of the... waitress that helped us that was picking up the bartenders tables. We went for UFC fights, which were not even on. Football wason one TV... Note: It was not busy at all. -Waited 5 minutes to be seated, a line building behind us -Waited 15 minutes for awaitress (who was supposed to be the bartender) to come up to us. Crissy was nice enough to come out of her section cause shesaw us waiting. -The group that was behind us in line waited 30+ minutes for help. A man had to go up to Crissy to ask forhelp. (Still not her section, it was the bartenders section) -A table in the bartenders section left after waiting for 20minutes. -A table next to us (in bartender section) had to keep getting up to go to the counter and ask her if they can gethelped. -ANOTHER table had to wait 40 minutes for the bartender to come over. -Food was not good at all. Wings were~sprinkled~ in dry rub. Tito's Mule was straight up juice. Wrap was drowned in Buffalo sauce and hard to eat because too hot. Read more
After waiting over an hour and 30 minutes to get any type of service or to be even acknowledged, I left and walked over to ihop.... Staff looked clueless running around the restaurant and there were lots of people sitting around without drinks or menus. Neverexperienced service as poor as that. Read more
So far the service has been getting better. This location is up an down with the service and food. Football season is coming up... soon hopefully they will be on track by than. It's the only nice place in town to watch football. See you guys soon. Keep upthe good work. Read more

The burger I ordered was surprisingly very good. I went twice. Still very good. Service is a little slow but the tasty burger... made up for it. Plenty of TV's to watch the ASTROS win!!! Read more
