James is the most sweetest manager I've seen in the lake jackson burger king in years. He has a smile and a very professional... voice when he speaks. He does beyond his duties I can say. I'd like to see him stay with this store and company as long aspossible. He never let's down. He makes you feel welcomed. Please keep this young mature manager. I?d definitely give TIM 0 stars if it was possible. I asked him can he tell his coworker to put on gloves while handling my food... he told me ?he just putting the fries in the bag? I told him i didn?t care it touched his hand. he took the fries poured themback in the grease & served them to me with his bare hands with an attitude . very unprofessional. Read more
Might be higher if I got my food. Made a delivery order through the app. The driver that was supposed to pick up my order told... me someone else got it and wasn't sure what to do. So I caller them. The first person I talked to was pretty nice but I couldhim talking to the manager who refused to help in any way. The single star I'm giving is for that guy and the customer service Ieventually had to call. I got off the phone to talk yo my driver and then remembered I ordered not through the delivery servicebut the Burger King App itself. So I called back. The woman who answered (I assume the manager) was extremely rude and informedme it wasn't their problem because they made the food. Well yeah but I didn't receive it and my driver wasn't the one who pickedit up and the person who gave the food to the other person never got their name. When I asked if they could remake it she flatout said no we already made it we can't remake an order we sent out already and that I should try to find an 800-number to callbecause they couldn't do anything about it. Called customer service who was extremely apologetic and said that they should havedefinently been able to take care of it in store. In short I don't know how my food was I never got it but who I assume ismanagement needs to be retrained because they have poor customer service skills. Now to wait a week for my refund. All in allgetting just that took around an hour. Great night...man I'm hungry. Read more
A few months ago I had went and we had ordered 2 drinks. One was Dr Pepper and one was coke so we opened the lids to see who?s... drink was whos and there was a hair inside my drink and when I asked for a new drink the person at the window was extremely rude. Fast forward to today and I get some fries that are soggy and unsalted and they were cold. Seems like they have beensitting out for awhile. Read more
The best whopper I have gotten from a burger King in many years I mean these gues even spaced out the pickles for me rather than... just stacking them all on top of each other in one spot like most places. Keep up the good work fellas! Read more
Horrible. I walked in and waited at the counter for three minutes watching both employees smoking/vaping out back. The fryer... went off and one of them walked in to the dryer, looked at me and didn't acknowledge me or anything. He then finished at thefryer and walked towards the back of the store. They clearly did not care about the fact that they had a customer. This placeusually doesn't have good service, but I won't be going back after this. It was just unacceptable. Read more
