I never knew this place existed. I understand it's been open since June or July. My wife suggested coming here for some good... food so I said okay let's go. The food here is outstanding as well as the service. We got here before the lunch rush and I'mglad we did because people were starting to line up out the door. That's got to tell you something right there. They are locatedin the shopping center right next to HEB in lake Jackson. So, if you are in the area, stop in and grab a bite you will not bedisappointed. Read more
Every time we have eaten here we have been happy. If you're craving chicken salad, this is the place. I love the spicy chicken... salad. I LOVE their soups. I love the decor. I love the atmosphere. There's literally never been a bad meal coming over thatcounter and we stop by frequently. I've tried half the menu and it's all my favorite. Can't recommend any higher. I love thatyou can quickly grab a to-go from the counter to get in and out quickly. I love the soup du jour options. The fist time I went, Mikey helped me, he was absolutely awesome!! Answered all my questions. Helped me decide on my order, the... order came out quick and delicious!! The second time it was less busy then the first time, the ladies working were too busychatting to each other to get our order, it took about 5 min to order, and about 15 min to get our food. They were not ashelpful nor as interested in customer service as my first visit. The food was still delicious but service was not good. Iusually do the surveys but the customer service was too poor, I did not want to leave a bad survey. My review is for the 1stvisit and the good food. Read more
I have always love Chicken Salad Chick. I?m traveling for work and found a location close to where I?m at. The service is... horrible. Got in line, I was the next person the woman at the counter said can the other woman help you while I get that anorder. Sure but the other woman just walked off without saying anything. Then the first person that I talked to say I will helpyou in a few more minutes. I just decided to just leave. I will not be back to this location. Read more
We ate here 3 times in the first week they were open. It was that delicious! We took some friends as well. We all thought the... food was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With each visit they came to our table several times to see if weneeded anything. We came back for a 4th time but every single table was taken and there was a line to place your order! Read more

First time visiting this restaurant. Brother-in-law suggested it. I got the original chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with... a bowl of tomato bisque soup. The soup was served steaming hot so I let it cool while I ate the sandwich. The croissant breadcould have been softer but I think it must have been stored in a cooler. The chicken salad was tasty, but I should have gotten adifferent versions since I like pecans and cranberries in my chicken salad. They have several varieties of the chicken salad.The soup cooled a bit and was very tasty and creamy. I would eat here again and try one of their other sandwiches. Read more
