I ordered a salad and it came with what tasted like bottled salad dressing it's not hard to make or expensive to make ranch... dressing. no one wants to order a salad while out and get store bought dressing the salad was a nice salad the rest of the foodwas good the service was also good. Read more
The staff were sooo warm & friendly, they treated me LIKE FAMILY, and really went out of their way, & helped me with a personal... crisis of a cancer diagnosis...with their true concern and special touch, going out of their way to check on me, knowing I wasNOT ORIGINALLY FROM THE AREA!!! ??????????????? from Chris, to Travis, to Martin to Diana, & the overall PGM? manager & othersthat I have forgotten their names and LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THE AWESOME LIZ, the night manager, who gave me the courage to getthru my most painful biopsy!!! They REALLY gave me the personal respect and tolerance, putting up with this perpetualcustomer...while I just THOUGHT that I was popping in for a birthday meal...I found the warmth of my own hometown ofChesapeake/VA Beach, VA. in this special Denny's in Lake Jackson, TX. Thanks for the courage & moral support that you providedme, not to mention the awesome pumpkin pancakes, delicious cheesecake, yummy tortilla salad w/ delicious queso cheese, andvegetable beef soup! ????and endless cups of coffee! Great place to eat. It was empty at 1 or 2am when I decided to go there, but great service and good food. I also learned from... Liz (my waitress) that they use soy based butter as a topping and I didn't even notice a difference. It was so good. Definitelywould go back again. Very friendly people even at 2am. :) Read more
Staff was not as attentive. We had to ask another server to refill our coffe and bring us our ticket. Restaurant is dingy. Yhe... utensils i got had food stuck on them . Will NOT be going back. Read more
Had breakfast at 11am. Food was satisfactory, coffee was really good. Service was was definitely lacking -- no syrup for... pancakes, no napkins, no coffee refill. I usually tip generously-- based on quality of service. No tip. Read more
If there was an option for 10 stars on my order tonight, I would give it. The convenience of literally just googling ?dennys? to... then checkout 3 minutes later and the food sitting right at the door upon arrival 15 minutes later was literally the best onlinefood order I?ve ever experienced. Giving this location a 2 star review. Took us a while to be seated. Time of day was close to 3pm so there was no real rush.... Waitress was not very friendly or attentive. The food however was good. I got the Mediterranean chicken and it was cooked justright and had the right amount of feta cheese on it. Also got the banana pancakes- which were GREAT! Price wasn't bad either.Would have given a higher rating if the customer service was good but unfortunately it wasn?t. Read more
