The guy at register obviously couldn't hear me properly because the food I received was NOT what I ordered. And the bread was... hard as if they gave us the day old bread. This place used to great when I used to live in the area. Was greatly disappointed. Read more
I really hate giving negative reviews but this was just awful. I honestly don't think it has anything to do with the people... working there, they were courteous and very quick, it's just Jimmy John's in general. The only thing gourmet was the price... Some how they managed to make bacon and ham both bland and tasteless. The bread was hard but not toasted so it tasted like dayold bread. When you bite into the sandwich, everything tastes the same, from the vegetables to the meat. I honestly don't knowhow you can make bacon and tomatoes and lettuce all taste the same. I did enjoy the salt and vinegar chips, and the chocolatechip cookie was decent. For the life of me, I don't understand why they are popular. Anyways, I don't think I will be back. Read more
I ordered 40 sandwiches for a lunch and learn. I ordered the day before and needed to pick them up at 10:30 for an 11:00 lunch.... I arrived early and they had everything bagged up and loaded my car. My food was over 45 minutes late and I paid almost 50 dollars for my sandwiches that came.They were dry and just nasty they had... no taste or flavor it seems like it was just bread and nothing else. The only thing that was good was the sprite and pickle. Iwon't be wasting my money with this place anymore. Read more

Awful service! Ordered food and an hour later I had to cancel because I never got it!!!! Their delivery dude called to confirm... address saying he?d be right there. I waited 15 more minutes still never got it! Couldn?t wait any longer, had to return from mylunch hour & I didn?t actually eat any lunch. Will NEVER order again. Read more
