I want to keep my review as fair as possible and breakdown the place where I can. Atmosphere: The dining area is dimly lit with... TV's spread around the small area. There is a kitchen window that is small but still open enough if you wanted to look behindthe scenes a little. The back room is a bit cluttered with boxes that, in my opinion, don't need to be seen by the public. It'squiet with a mild Japanese ramen bar theme. 4/5 The Staff: Every time I have gone there, the staff is friendly and attentive. They are not bearing down on me every 5 seconds asking if I need anything and were helpful when finding something to eat.Observant of my needs without me needing to ask for something ( refill, check, etc.) 5/5 Pricing: The pricing on all the fooditems are fair. Nothing wrong with the price for items but just know some of the items can be costly ie $16 for snow crab legs (this is a good price). Food: I am going to go ahead and be honest that I have never been a crawfish fan so I have never eatentheirs. But from what I have eaten, the ramen and the baskets, I have been pleasantly surprised. The ramen has good flavor andplenty to fill the bowl. They don't cheap out on their ramen at all ( not saying the cheap out on anything.) They have goodflavors to choose from. I read that the spicy wasn't spicy enough and they left a 1 star review, but that's not fair given thatspice tolerance is subjective. Traditional Japanese Ramen is not spicy. The Catfish Basket was tasty for sure. The catfishfillets were thick cut and had a good flavor to them. They were oily from being fried, but it's expected to a degree. I will sayit left the bottom of the tray wet. But what that tells me is that they fried to order and that can't be beat. It came with, what I'm assuming, was a Cajun style sauce. It was reminiscent of of Raising Canes sauce. In fact, it was hard to tell thedifference so you know it was tasty. Conclusion: I would describe this as a gem of Lake Jackson. It's uni Read more

Service was great. Absolutely hands down WORST crawfish ever. Tasted like mud water if I had say any flavor at all. $9.50 a... pound. Luckily the waitress was nice enough to take them off the ticket since I could only stomach to eat 3????????????. Shrimpwere good so that's what the one star is for. Very disappointing. Read more

????????Flavor of chicken ramen broth and salted egg ????????$12.50 for a small bowl with only HALF a salted egg. Takeout size... is stingy. I ordered the normal chicken ramen but the server on phone really wanted to (upcharge) for the Spicy chicken and Iasked loads of questions about the mild spice level and I didn?t want my lips on fire. Low and behold, lips were burning and hadto eat yogurt after to cool my mouth and the combo with the ramen broth made me instantly nauseous I had to grab a barf bag andthrow my hair up. I want a refund or do-over of the normal chicken ramen (no spice) I had asked for. Read more

Pretty Good. The spicy Ramen wasn't very spice at all. Plus they were out of crayfish and blue crabs.

We ordered... seaweed salad, pork gyoza, Texan Roll, Green Dragon roll and 2 bowls of Ramen, the black bean garlic Tonkatsu and the SpicyTonkatsu. Everything was delicious fresh flavorful. Prices are reasonable for quality. That silky broth on the ramen wasexceptional. I also must say they have the cleanest ladies room of any restaurant I have been to. We will definitely be back totry their poke bowls and tacos and bao and noodle dishhes and Sashimi and........... Read more

I was so excited when I saw this place was opening! I absolutely love good ramen with wonderful broth. Full of anticipation... tinged with a slight fear of disappointment, I finally had the opportunity to visit with my husband for lunch today. My fearswere definitely unfounded. I ordered the miso ramen and was delightfully surprised at how delicious it was. My husband orderedthe Jinwe special roll and shrimp skewers and was equally impressed. I?ve gotten myself excited and then disappointed so manytimes over ramen places because of lack of flavor in the broth. This was the exception. It was deeply flavorful and wellbalanced. Very delicious. We will be going back very soon. I highly recommend anyone give this place a try! Read more
