I had to give a one star in order to write a review. This place was terrible. You had to order at the front. They did not seat... you, you sat yourself. There were dirty tables. The air was not working properly. They no long make tea, which is what we drink.The people working were rude and had us standing there for 10 minutes before we ordered. The bathroom was filthy. The only goodthing was the pizza. It tasted very good. I would never return or even order from this place. I love Pizza Hut and could notbelieve this place. I don?t live there and was excited to have pizza but this was the worst place I have ever been to. Read more
Lake Jackson Pizza Hut manager has a disgusting attitude along with the careless attitude of the delivery driver. The manager... said she would remake our pizza but lied. Manager also hung up on us when we called back to inquire about where our pizza wasand she also told us she was the one who made the pizza. Quality, care and customer service is what is missing! I actually love this location, only once bout two orders ago, I got my order and one pizza had a clump of dirt baked on to it, i... swear i tell no lie. I was too tired to complain. And it was just one mistake amongst many good visits to this location. Theyare prompt even the super young staff is always courteous. I am not sure how there?s a 3.5 star rating when clearly this establishment is not living up to the brand. When you can?t tell... which pizza is which and all the pizzas are cold and hard, there?s a problem. I guess people will have to go inside the storeand wait and watch how the pizza is made in order to get the Pizza Hut brand that we all love. Please learn how to make PizzaHut pizzas. A pan pizza should never look like a hand tossed pizza. 10 pepperonis on a large pizza should not happen, ever. Andpresentation is key. Corporate needs to be brought in to stop the madness. Of course you?ve lost this customer but save yourbusiness or end up like the rest of the shut down restaurants in the small town area. Wish that I could post the video to showhow dry the pizzas were. Zero stars if I could. You forgot my drink, driver said he will be back with it, and of course left my family hanging with no... drink! Oh and it looked Like the driver dropped kicked my pizza. This was god awful!! Pizza was cold, soggy, and not enjoyable. Read more
I ordered a pizza that somehow got cancelled in their system. They refused to give resubmit the order. Customer service gave me... a coupon for 2 free pizzas. The website was a 45 min hassle to get the coupons to work. Door dash delivered with no pizzas 30min later. This was a 3 hour affair in which we got no pizza and I paid $50 overall with only $31.91 being refunded in 3-4business days. Read more
