Seriously too good to argue about. Every flavor is on point and the prices are right for 2 adults to go out and have a good... afternoon. Had the filet medallions and holy hell they are good. The restaurant staff were awesome! We were seated quickly and were able to start ordering almost right away. Big THANK YOU to... our server, Sean. You're an absolute pro. The burgers are great if you're not in a mood for steak. The fried onion and the dip,the bread.. THE BREAD. All hot, all delicious. The beef tips were a little chewy, but still tasty. I paid 6.99 two times for this amount of shrimp!!! Tonight was the first bad experience at this location… if it wasn’t for... my experience in the restaurant industry I would raised a holy liven cow!! And my waitress’s behavior was less than her bestshe seemed like she didn’t care and didn’t want to stop an actually listen to the customer’s request ( I Believe my seversname was Garden).. also if your going to talk about corporate don’t do it in ear shot of the customers ????????. One of the best restaurant experiences during our week in Lake Jackson. Our server Khanh had good energy, and was always... available even though we visited during peak hours. Couldn't have asked for a better server Appetizers, drinks and entrees cameout in the perfect order. And the food's taste was great. Read more
This Texas Roadhouse is located just inside a mall entrance. The restaurant itself is clean and all the staff are helpful and... eager to make your visit pleasant. The bar area was busy (just the way I like it) and allowed for some good conversation. Istarted with the rattlesnake bites, which were awesome. They don't burn your tongue, they just have a small "kick". I then hadthe 8oz sirloin with shrimp, loaded baked potato, and buttered corn. The steak couldn't have turned out any better. It wascooked exactly the way I had asked it to be. The bud light draft was also perfect; nice and cold. The bartenders were veryfriendly and most importantly attentive. I never once had to flag them down. If you want a great meal at a fair price and alsogreat service and conversation, definitely stop by this Texas Roadhouse. You will enjoy it! Read more
Usually the place is busy. But there is not long time to get a table. There is always hot bread with butter cream as a welcome.... Cocteles are good, on my last visit I ordered the Hurricane Margarita, it was a little sweet but strong enough. For dinner I gotthe salmon which come with two sides I picked the mashed potatoes which comes with cheese and bacon and house salad and you canpick the dressing. Mediocre at best. I have done many reviews on Google and this was one of the first times I was dissatisfied. When I walked in... restaurant I mentioned I was 1 person. She said I can go to bar, I sat down at the bar. One girl behind the bar was working itbut for about 10 minutes straight or more with out looking up or giving me acknowledgement I was there until I tried to get herattention asking if I could have menu but still no acknowledgement. So I got up went to hostess stand and spoke withhostess. She then said a table was available and was right by bar area. I had a girl serve me and it started right until I gotmy ice tea which tasted off and like chlorine ice tea. I mentioned it , but said another drink can be in offered. I orderedpeach tea which tasted same but with peach flavoring. My bread was served but while waiting to order food I took forever!!! Inoticed right over my booth where I was eating all the servers were gathered chatting about who knows what and my waitress wasthere chatting in a group. I think that problem is the be average age there is quite young so I saw no older mature managersanywhere in sight . Also I want to add this continued and finally after getting my food I ate a no little and decided to gosince service was horrible. I even had to stand up and waive down my waitress to get my bill. I have to give a shout out to Roadhouse! My favorite mid-priced steak house. While most restaurants in this poor economy are... cutting and slacking Roadhouse is still spot on their game! They have plenty of hard working staff that kept the drinks filledand hot fresh rolls and butter coming. The courses came out fast and the meal flowed smoothly from start to finish. I love thehouse salad with the signature house Italian dressing. The medium rare ribeye was tender and well seasoned with a nice amountof char that added to the flavor. The sweet potato with marshmallows was a nice side. Another great Roadhouse experience! Read more
