Casa Vallarta was an experience like no other. As I entered, I was immediately struck by how friendly the staff are, and this... continued for as long as I stayed. They make you feel welcome and like to joke around. Our drinks came almost as soon as weordered, and the complimentary chips, salsa, and beans were delicious and very fresh. The guacamole appetizer is made right atyour table and they ask you what you want in your guacamole (jalapeño, onion, etc). I noticed there were many vegetarianoptions, I ordered the veggie platter which I greatly enjoyed. The service blew my mind with how fast it was, before I knew itmy food was at my table. The portions are gigantic, be prepared to take leftovers home especially if you save room for dessert.I had to try the flan and it is one of the most flavorful, tasty desserts I have ever had.
