Burgers, onion rings, and fries are pretty good. Patties are on the thinner side than some other places and at the time they... didn?t have any ketchup out like usual. The portions are decent but the prices are a little much. Update: it?s still one of thebest fast food burger places and it?s consistent considering we?ve been so many times. Definitely recommend getting a seasoningstyle for the fries/onion rings, it?s worth the up charge. Also, they don?t last well/get soggy if you?re getting delivery ortake out. Read more
Not very impressed. The bacon burger I got was completely over cooked and dried out. I mean it tasted like an over cooked frozen... patty on the backyard barbecue growing up. The bun was also dry and crusty on the edges. Had to have been at least a day old.Not soft and fresh at all. The onion rings were ok but were more oily than they should be. The ketchup was good though.Definitely won?t be back. Definitely not worth the price. Read more
Had a wonderful time at my local Burger-Fi this evening. Great time in the outside seating with great music, drinks, and most... important GREAT food. I want to thank the staff for their professionalism and amazing care. Especial thank you to Dulce and D,two young ladies that paid really good attention to our needs as customers. I wanted to try their Wagyu Dog with Chili and I also ordered fries and a drink. The total came out to $13.04 before tax. This... was definitely not a $13 meal. The toasted bun was cool, the chili was watery and the fries tasted like the were twice cooked. Iwill not buy this item again! It also took quite a while to get my food so I was late returning to work. I gave three starsbecause the staff was very nice and helpful. If I had more time for lunch I would have asked them to re cook my order. Read more
